Earthquake-resistant building interior and exterior unit panels
The present invention relates to a technique for building exterior materials attached to external or internal walls in buildings and, more specifically, to an earthquake-resistant building interior and exterior unit panel, which enables exterior materials to be assembled in factories according to the specifications and standards of buildings to manufacture unit panels and enables a plurality of unit panels to be attached to the walls of the buildings by anchor bolts at a work site, thereby increasing workability and constructability, can have a simple structure, thereby reducing working hours and reducing the number of workers at a construction site, and can respond more flexibly to external shocks or earthquakes due to the characteristics of the unit panels. The earthquake-resistant building interior and exterior unit panel comprises: a main frame having a plurality of fastening holes and having a blade formed on an outer portion thereof in a longitudinal direction; a side frame disposed side by side to be spaced apart from the main frame, and having a blade formed on an outer portion thereof in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of exterior materials attached to the blade of the main frame and the side frame; and a plurality of clips attached to a side portion of the side frame, and further comprises anchor bolts for fixing and installing the main frame, which forms the unit panel, to the wall of a building.
본 발명은 건축물에서 외부 또는 내부 벽체에 부착 시공되는 건축 외장재에 관한 기술로서, 공장에서 건축물의 사양과 규격에 따라 외장재를 조립하여 유니트(Unit) 패널로 제작하고, 작업 현장에서 다수의 유니트 패널을 건축물의 벽체에 앵커볼트로 부착 시공함으로써, 작업성과 시공성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 구조가 간단하여 작업시간이 단축되는 한편 시공 현장의 작업 인력을 줄이고, 유니트 패널의 특성상 외부 충격이나 지진에 보다 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 내진형 건축 내ㆍ외장재 유니트 패널에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 다수개의 체결홀이 형성되고, 외측부에 길이 방향으로 블레이드가 형성된 메인 프레임; 상기 메인 프레임에 나란히 이격되어 배치되며, 외측부에 길이 방향으로 블레이드가 형성된 사이드 프레임; 상기 메인 프레임과 사이드 프레임의 블레이드에 부착 설치되는 다수의 외장재; 및 상기 사이드 프레임의 측면부에 부착 설치되는 다수의 클립;을 포함하여 유니트 패널이 구성되고, 상기 유니트 패널을 구성하는 메인 프레임이 건축물의 벽체에 고정 설치되는 앵커볼트;를 포함하여 구현된다.
