The present invention relates to an overhead line supporting device capable of monitoring a safety state. The overhead line supporting device includes first and second steel crossarms (90, 90'), a mounting plate (10), first and second clamps (60, 60'), a storage box (70), a wind speed detection sensor (80), a support member (20), a rotation member (30), a torsion spring (40), a fastening device (50), an operation check switch (100), a monitoring filming device, (110), and a blinker (120). The overhead line supporting device has advantages of conveniently installing and releasing the mounting plate (10) to and from the first and second steel crossarms (90, 90'), safely fixing the mounting plate (10) onto the first and second steel crossarms (90, 90'), allowing a worker to use a necessary product, which is not prepared for repair work, periodically checking a wind speed around an overhead facility, monitoring whether disconnection is normally performed when disconnecting between first and second jumper wires (J1, J2), preventing drones from colliding at night, and quickly and conveniently blocking electricity flowing through the overhead line in case of an emergency.
