The present invention relates to a segmental hollow core precast concrete (PC) column with bolt-connected ironware and, more specifically, to a segmental hollow core PC column with bolt-connected ironware, which can reduce self-load and facilitate manufacturing, movement, and lifting by segmenting a section of the hollow core PC column to be manufactured in a unit member within a weight that can be accommodated in a field and having a bolt box therein to allow the segmented unit member to be assembled in the field. According to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the PC column penetrating through a central part of the section to be formed with a hollow comprises a first unit member in which the section of the PC column is segmented and a second unit member. A plurality of coupling plates in a plate shape with a certain size formed with a through hole on a central portion thereof and a plurality of pieces of bolt-connected ironware consisting of an embedded bar protruding on a rear surface of the coupling plate and having a certain length are prepared on ends of the first unit member and the second unit member in a longitudinal direction at an equidistant interval or unequal interval so that a front surface of the coupling plate can be exposed. The first unit member and the second unit member of a rear surface of the coupling plate are blocked out in a certain size to form a fastener and match bolt boxes of the first unit member and the second unit member to come in contact with each other to be fastened by a bolt.
본 발명은 볼트연결철물이 구성된 분절형 중공형 PC기둥에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 중공형 PC기둥을 단면을 분절하여 현장에서 수용가능한 중량 이내의 단위부재로 생산하고 내부에 볼트박스를 구성하여 분절된 단위부재를 현장에서 조립하도록 하여 자중을 감소시켜 제작, 이동 및 양중이 용이하도록 하는 볼트연결철물이 구성된 분절형 중공형 PC기둥에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 단면 중앙부에 관통하여 중공이 형성되는 PC기둥에 있어서, PC기둥의 단면이 분절되는 제1 단위부재 및 제2 단위부재로 이루어지고, 중앙부에 관통공이 형성되는 일정크기 판 형상의 결합판과, 결합판의 배면에 돌출하여 형성되는 일정 길이의 정착근으로 이루어지는 볼트연결철물이, 결합판의 전면이 노출되도록 제1 단위부재와 제2 단위부재의 단부에 길이방향으로 등간격 또는 부등간격으로 각각 복수개가 매입되어 구성되며 결합판의 배면의 제1 단위부재와 제2 단위부재는 일정 크기로 블록아웃되어 체결구가 형성되어, 제1 단위부재 및 제2 단위부재의 볼트박스를 접하도록 일치시켜, 볼트로 체결하도록 하여 이루어진다.
