The composition for a building material comprises 13-17 parts by weight of tourmaline powder, 13-17 parts by weight of illite powder, 13-17 parts by weight of amphibole powder, 13-17 parts by weight of biotite powder, and 28-32 parts by weight of an acrylate-based polymer binder, 2-6 parts by weight of carbon fiber dispersion, 0.5-3 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent, 0.5-3 parts by weight of a functional extract, and 1-5 parts by weight of a mineral raw material.
