Non Removing Beam Form Assembly
The present invention relates to a non-dismantlable beam form, which is assembled in advance and is provided to a site, comprising: a lower member (110) having a length corresponding to the length of a beam structure and arranged in a horizontal direction below a beam; a first vertical member (210) having a length corresponding to the length of the lower member (110) and combined with one side end of the lower member (110) to be arranged in a vertical direction; a second vertical member (220) having a length corresponding to the length of the lower member (110) and combined with the other side end of the lower member (110) to be arranged in a vertical direction; a yoke bracket (410) combined with a lower end edge of each of the first vertical member (210) and the second vertical member (220); and a yoke (420) combined with the yoke bracket (410) to be arranged in the widthwise direction of the lower member (110).
본 발명은 선조립되어 현장에 공급되는 무해체 보 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 보 구조물의 길이에 상응하는 길이를 가지며, 보의 하부에 수평 방향으로 배치되는 하부부재(110); 상기 하부부재(110)의 길이에 상응하는 길이를 가지며, 상기 하부부재(110)의 일측단에 결합되어 수직 방향으로 배치되는 제1수직부재(210); 상기 하부부재(110)의 길이에 상응하는 길이를 가지며, 상기 하부부재(110)의 타측단에 결합되어 수직 방향으로 배치되는 제2수직부재(220); 상기 제1수직부재(210) 및 상기 제2수직부재(220) 각각의 하단 모서리에 결합되는 멍에브라켓(410); 및, 상기 멍에브라켓(410) 각각에 결합되어 상기 하부부재(110)의 폭 방향으로 배치되는 멍에(420);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
