Formwork structure for the manufacture of concrete sleepers
The present invention relates to a formwork structure for manufacturing concrete sleepers, and more specifically, to a formwork structure for manufacturing concrete sleepers, which is installed on railroad tracks to fix rails. The formwork structure for manufacturing concrete sleepers comprises: a formwork main body including an accommodation space therein and an opening port formed on an upper side; a mold panel inserted into the formwork main body and including molding grooves formed on an upper surface; and a demolding support frame unit which is detachably inserted into the formwork main body to be disposed on an upper surface of the mold panel and filled with concrete. Provided is the formwork structure for manufacturing concrete sleepers according to the present invention in which concrete sleepers are formed by detachably fastening the demolding support frame unit to the formwork main body and pouring concrete into the demolding support frame unit so that the demolding support frame unit is easily separated from the formwork main body, the demolding support frame unit is formed of a synthetic resin material having elasticity so that concrete sleepers can be easily separated from the demolding support frame unit, and transmission of shock during the separation process can be prevented, and a pressing support part is provided on the demolding support frame unit so that the bearing capacity can be improved.
본 발명은 콘크리트 침목 제조용 거푸집 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 레일 고정을 위해 철로에 설치되는 콘크리트 침목을 제조하기 위한 거푸집 구조로서, 내부에 수용공간이 마련되고 상측에 개방구가 형성된 거푸집본체; 상기 거푸집본체에 끼움되며 상면부에 성형홈들이 형성된 몰드패널; 및 상기 몰드패널의 상면부에 배치되도록 상기 거푸집본체에 탈착가능하게 끼움되고 내부에 콘크리트가 충진되는 탈형지지틀유닛;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 침목 제조용 거푸집 구조를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 콘크리트 침목 제조용 거푸집 구조는 거푸집본체에 탈형지지틀유닛을 탈착가능하게 체결하고, 탈형지지틀 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하여 콘크리트 침목을 형성시키도록 함으로써, 거푸집본체에서 탈형지지틀유닛의 분리가 용이하고, 탈형지지틀유닛을 탄성을 갖는 합성수지재로 형성시켜 탈형지지틀유닛에서 콘크리트 침목을 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있으며, 분리과정에서 충격이 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있고 탈형지지틀유닛에 가압지지부를 마련하여 지지력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a formwork structure for manufacturing concrete sleepers, and more specifically, to a formwork structure for manufacturing concrete sleepers, which is installed on railroad tracks to fix rails. 본 발명은 콘크리트 침목 제조용 거푸집 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 레일 고정을 위해 철로에 설치되는 콘크리트 침목을 제조하기 위한 거푸집 구조로서, 내부에 수용공간이 마련되고 상측에 개방구가 형성된 거푸집본체; 상기 거푸집본체에 끼움되며 상면부에 성형홈들이 형성된 몰드패널; 및 상기 몰드패널의 상면부에 배치되도록 상기 거푸집본체에 탈착가능하게 끼움되고 내부에 콘크리트가 충진되는 탈형지지틀유닛;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 침목 제조용 거푸집 구조를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 콘크리트 침목 제조용 거푸집 구조는 거푸집본체에 탈형지지틀유닛을 탈착가능하게 체결하고, 탈형지지틀 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하여 콘크리트 침목을 형성시키도록 함으로써, 거푸집본체에서 탈형지지틀유닛의 분리가 용이하고, 탈형지지틀유닛을 탄성을 갖는 합성수지재로 형성시켜 탈형지지틀유닛에서 콘크리트 침목을 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있으며, 분리과정에서 충격이 전달되는 것을 방지할 수 있고 탈형지지틀유닛에 가압지지부를 마련하여 지지력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
