The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing impregnating liquid and a method for coating a graphite processed product using the same, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing impregnating liquid and a method for coating a graphite processed product using the same, to manufacture impregnating liquid in which the generation of bubbles generated in a curing process is minimized, and to prevent surface defects of a graphite processed product by providing the impregnating liquid. In particular, the present invention can suppress the evaporation of the impregnating liquid by performing hardening in high-pressure gas in an inert atmosphere, and can allow the impregnating liquid to be cured while being preserved inside pores, so that a good quality carbonized surface can be formed.
본 발명은 함침액 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 흑연 가공제품의 코팅 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 경화 공정에서 발생하는 기포 발생이 최소화된 함침액을 제조하기 위한 것이고, 이와 같은 함침액을 제공함으로써, 흑연 가공제품의 표면 결함을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 불활성 분위기의 고압 기체에서 경화를 수행하여 함침액의 증발을 억제할 수 있고, 함침액이 기공 내부에 보존된 상태에서 경화되도록 할 수 있으므로 양질의 탄화 표면을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
