SUPPORT DEVICE FOR GIRDER AND SUPPORT DEVICE MONITORING SYSTEM THEREOF
According to the present invention, a girder support device, which may accurately measure an applied weight, includes: a lower support unit (110) made of a steel material; an elastic pad (200) made of a rubber material and inserted into and coupled to the lower support unit (110); an upper support unit (120) installed on an upper surface of the elastic pad (200); and an upper plate (130) installed on an upper surface of the upper support unit (120). The lower support unit (110) as a structure covering the elastic pad (200) comprises: a support plate (111); and a side plate (112) formed to protrude upward from a side of the support plate (111). The elastic pad (200) is inserted into and coupled to a space (S) formed by the support plate (111) and the side plate (112). A through-hole (h), into which a weight sensor (300) is inserted and coupled based on an axial direction, is formed in the side plate (112). The weight sensor (300), which can measure a side pressure of the elastic pad (200), is coupled onto the through-hole (h). According to the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the girder support device has the weight sensor (300) coupled to the side plate (112) of the lower support unit (110). A girder is held on an upper part of the girder support device, and side pressure is generated in a lateral direction of the elastic pad (200) when a weight is applied to the support device. The present invention is to measure a weight applied to the girder support device by installing the weight sensor (300) to come in contact with a side surface of the elastic pad (200).
본 발명에 따른 거더 받침장치는 강재질의 하부받침부(110); 하부받침부(110)에 끼움결합되는 고무재질의 탄성패드(200); 탄성패드(200)의 상면에 설치되는 상부받침부(120); 상부받침부(120)의 상면에 설치되는 상부플레이트(130);를 포함하되, 하부받침부(110)는 탄성패드(200)를 감싸는 구조로서, 받침플레이트(111); 받침플레이트(111)의 측방에서 상측으로 돌출형성된 측방플레이트(112);를 포함하고, 받침플레이트(111)와 측방플레이트(112)에 의해 형성된 공간부(S)에 탄성패드(200)가 끼움결합됨과 아울러, 측방플레이트(112)에는 측방향을 기준으로 하중센서(300)가 끼움결합되는 관통홀(h)이 형성되고, 관통홀(h)에는 탄성패드(200)의 측방압력을 측정할 수 있는 상기 하중센서(300)가 결합된다. 도 4와 같이 본원발명에 따른 거더 받침장치는 하부받침부(110)의 측방플레이트(112)에 하중센서(300)가 결합된다. 거더는 거더 받침장치의 상부에 거치되는데, 하중이 받침장치에 작용하면 탄성패드(200)의 측방으로 측방압력이 발생한다. 본원발명은 탄성패드(200)의 측면에 접촉되도록 하중센서(300)를 설치하여 거더 받침장치에 작용하는 하중을 측정한다.

A girder is held on an upper part of the girder support device, and side pressure is generated in a lateral direction of the elastic pad (200) when a weight is applied to the support device. The present invention is to measure a weight applied to the girder support device by installing the weight sensor (300) to come in contact with a side surface of the elastic pad (200).
본 발명에 따른 거더 받침장치는 강재질의 하부받침부(110); 하부받침부(110)에 끼움결합되는 고무재질의 탄성패드(200); 탄성패드(200)의 상면에 설치되는 상부받침부(120); 상부받침부(120)의 상면에 설치되는 상부플레이트(130);를 포함하되, 하부받침부(110)는 탄성패드(200)를 감싸는 구조로서, 받침플레이트(111); 받침플레이트(111)의 측방에서 상측으로 돌출형성된 측방플레이트(112);를 포함하고, 받침플레이트(111)와 측방플레이트(112)에 의해 형성된 공간부(S)에 탄성패드(200)가 끼움결합됨과 아울러, 측방플레이트(112)에는 측방향을 기준으로 하중센서(300)가 끼움결합되는 관통홀(h)이 형성되고, 관통홀(h)에는 탄성패드(200)의 측방압력을 측정할 수 있는 상기 하중센서(300)가 결합된다. 도 4와 같이 본원발명에 따른 거더 받침장치는 하부받침부(110)의 측방플레이트(112)에 하중센서(300)가 결합된다. 거더는 거더 받침장치의 상부에 거치되는데, 하중이 받침장치에 작용하면 탄성패드(200)의 측방으로 측방압력이 발생한다. 본원발명은 탄성패드(200)의 측면에 접촉되도록 하중센서(300)를 설치하여 거더 받침장치에 작용하는 하중을 측정한다.
