Lightweight Polymer Mortar Composition for Repairing Concrete Structures Using Waste Glass Recycled Aggregate
The present invention relates to a lightweight polymer mortar composition for repairing concrete structures using waste glass recycled aggregate, wherein the composition includes cement, blast furnace slag, micro cement, an expansion material, an early strength enhancing material, waste glass recycled aggregate, an anti-foaming material, a moisturizing material, a setting control material, a shrinkage reducing material, polymer resin, and reinforcing fiber. With respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement, 20 to 80 parts by weight of the micro cement, 20 to 80 parts by weight of the blast furnace slag, 5 to 15 parts by weight of a CSA-based expansion material, 3 to 10 parts by weight of a CaO-based expansion material, 20 to 80 parts by weight of the early strength enhancing material, 20 to 80 parts by weight of the waste glass recycled aggregate, 0.05 to 0.1 part by weight of the anti-foaming material, 5 to 10 parts by weight of the moisturizing material, 5 to 10 parts by weight of the setting control material, 5 to 10 parts by weight of the shrinkage reducing material, 5 to 10 parts by weight of the amine-based resin, 5 to 10 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, 5 to 10 parts by weight of polymer (EVA) resin, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of the reinforcing fiber are mixed. The reinforcing fiber includes a core material made of nylon or cellulose, and an outer skin layer formed by being applied to the outer periphery of the core material and composed of a low-melting point thermoplastic resin including a cation exchanger. The composition of the present invention uses waste glass recycled aggregate to achieve environmental protection and resource recycling.
