MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EXPANSION JOINT FOR BRIDGE
According to embodiments of the present invention, provide is a method for manufacturing an expansion joint device for a bridge, capable of preventing water leakage at an end portion and at the same time preventing a decrease in production efficiency and an increase in manufacturing cost. According to an embodiment disclosed in the present invention, the method for manufacturing an expansion joint device for a bridge may comprise: a step of forming an insertion hole on a top plate to insert a bolt fixing a pre-setting member for adjusting the distance with another top plate; welding the top of a side plate to a lower surface of the top plate so that the side plate and the top plate are perpendicular to each other; performing a blasting process on the surfaces of the welded top plate and side plate; flattening the processed top and side plates by fixing the processed top and side plates to a fixing jig and then hitting the top plate and the side plate by using a hydraulic actuator; painting the flattened top and side plates; and performing an assembly process by using the painted top and side plates.
