본 발명은 열처리 및 아연 도핑된 이산화티탄 광촉매를 창호의 표면에 함침시켜 고성능 저비용의 광촉매 적용 창호를 제조하도록 구현한 광촉매 적용 창호 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 광촉매 적용 창호에 관한 것으로, 열처리 및 아연 도핑된 이산화티탄 광촉매를 액상화하는 액상화단계; 창호의 표면 거칠기 정도에 따라 이에 대응하여 창호의 표면을 처리하는 표면처리단계; 및 액상화단계에서 액상화된 광촉매를 표면처리단계에서 표면 처리한 창호에 함침시키는 함침단계를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a photocatalyst-applied window and a photocatalyst-applied window manufactured thereby, wherein heat-treated and zinc-doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst is impregnated on a window surface to manufacture a photocatalyst-applied window with high performance and low cost. The manufacturing method comprises: a liquefaction step of liquefying the heat-treated and zinc-doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst; a surface treatment step of treating the window surface in response to a degree of surface roughness of the window; and an impregnation step of impregnating the photocatalyst liquefied in the liquefaction step on the window with the surface treated in the surface treatment step.
