Prestressing Force Measuring Apparatus and Method for Unbonded Prestressing System
The present invention relates to a prestress measuring apparatus capable of accurately measuring the current prestress introduced into a tension member with very high reliability, and a prestress measuring method using the same. The prestress measuring apparatus, which introduces prestress to a prestressed structure, such as a girder, in the length direction by a "unbonded prestressing system" which applies prestress to a concrete structure while the tension member, which is not buried in grouting, maintains a prestressed state only at both ends of the tension member, comprises: a pressure plate member which is placed to be in close contact with an anchored surface of the prestressed structure; a rotor member which is installed on the pressure plate member to be in contact with the pressure plate member; and an anchor member which is placed to be in close contact with the rotor member and on which an end of the tension member with prestress is anchored. The prestress introduced by the tension member is calculated by measuring the torque when the rotor member starts to rotate while rotating the rotor member by applying rotational force to a counter-torque protrusion by a force device provided in the pressure plate member. During the rotation of the rotating body member, the protrusion part maintains the state in which the protrusion is inserted into a fixed slot, thereby providing high reliability and accurately measuring the current prestress introduced into the tension member.
본 발명은 긴장재가 그라우팅에 매립되어 있지 않고 긴장재가 양 단부에서만 긴장상태를 유지하여 콘크리트 구조물에 긴장력(prestress)을 가하는 방식의 "비부착식 긴장 시스템"에 의해 거더 등과 같은 프리스트레스트 구조물에 그 길이방향으로 긴장력을 도입함에 있어서, 프리스트레스트 구조물의 정착면에 밀착 배치되는 지압판 부재와, 지압판 부재에 밀착 설치되는 회전체 부재와, 회전체 부재에 밀착 설치되며 긴장력이 도입된 긴장재 단부가 정착되는 앵커부재를 포함하며, 지압판 부재에 구비된 가력장치에 의해 반력돌기에 회전력을 가하여 회전체 부재를 회전시키면서 회전체 부재가 회전되기 시작할 때의 토오크를 측정하여 긴장재에 의해 도입된 긴장력을 산출하되, 회전체 부재의 회전시에는 돌기부가 고정 슬롯에 끼워진 상태를 유지하게 되어 지압판 부재와 앵커부재의 회전이 불가능한 구성의 긴장력 측정장치를 이용함으로써, 매우 높은 신뢰성을 가지면서 긴장재에 도입되어 있는 현재의 긴장력을 정확히 측정할 수 있는 긴장력 측정장치와, 이를 이용한 긴장력 측정방법에 관한 것이다.
