The present invention relates to a composition for manufacturing a shock absorption pad with excellent shock absorption, water drainage, and anti-slip properties. The present invention relates to a composition comprising: a mixed resin polymer obtained by mixing one or more among 10-100 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), 1-30 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 1-30 parts by weight of polypropylene (PP), 1-50 parts by weight of polyurethane (PU), 1-50 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), 1-100 parts by weight of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), 1-100 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), and 1-100 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene (SBS); 1-30 parts by weight of a foaming agent; 0.5-5 parts by weight of a pigment; 0.1-5 parts by weight of a crosslinker; 1-80 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; and 0.1-5 parts by weight of a UV stabilizer. In addition, the present invention relates to a shock absorption pad manufactured by using the composition. Accordingly, a shock absorption pad having protrusion parts and drainage parts is manufactured based on the mixed resin polymer. Therefore, a shock absorption pad with excellent shock absorption against vertical load, drainage through drainage channels and drainage holes, and anti-slip properties with engraved anti-slip patterns is provided.
본 발명은 충격 흡수성, 배수성 및 미끄럼 방지성이 우수한 충격흡수패드를 제조하기 위한 조성물에 있어서, 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 10~100 중량부, 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 1~30 중량부, 폴리프로필렌(PP) 1~30 중량부, 폴리우레탄(PU) 1~50 중량부, 폴리 비닐 알코올(PVA) 1~50 중량부, 폴리 비닐 부티랄(PVB) 1~100 중량부, 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트(EVA) 1~100 중량부 및 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌(SBS) 10~100 중량부 중에서 하나 이상을 혼합하여 혼합수지 중합체를 조성하고, 발포제 1~30 중량부, 안료 0.5~5 중량부, 가교제 0.1~5 중량부, 탄산칼슘 1~80 중량부 및 UV 안정제 0.1~5 중량부를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이며, 또한, 상기 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 충격흡수패드에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 혼합수지 중합체를 기반으로 하여, 돌기부 및 배수부가 형성되는 충격흡수패드를 제조함으로써, 수직 하중에 대한 충격 흡수성과 배수로 및 배수홀에 의한 배수성 및 각인된 미끄럼방지 문양으로 미끄럼 방지성이 우수한 충격흡수패드를 제공한다.
