The present invention relates to an embedding facility for a distribution utility pole with a transformer, which comprises a lower fixing device of a utility pole, the lower fixing device of a utility pole being transported to an installation site by means of a transport means before being unloaded in the installation site by means of an unloading means for installation. The lower fixing device of a utility pole comprises: an upper structure (20) which is fixed to the road surface (12) by using a fastening member (26) as a medium to support the lower side of a utility pole (10) inserted into a utility pole assembly unit (22) after a hollow cylindrical body (21) having the utility pole assembly unit (22) to which the utility pole (10) is assembled is assembled with a flange (24) having a fixing unit (23); and a lower structure (30) which is buried in the ground (14) after being assembled with the upper structure (20) by using the fastening member (26) as a medium, which is coupled to the fastening hole (33) of the fixing unit (32) after the fixing unit (32) corresponding to the fixing unit (23) of the upper structure (20) is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the hollow cylindrical body (31). At the installation site, a composite unit (1') is installed to perform target monitoring based on the filming of the circumstances of handling the lower fixing device of the utility pole, the circumstances of the installation site, and the target including the transport means and the worker at the installation site. Therefore, the present invention can be simply constructed.
본 발명은 변압기가 설치되는 배전용 전신주의 매립 설비로서, 전주의 하부 고정장치를 포함하되, 상기 전주의 하부 고정장치는 이송수단에 의하여 설치현장에 이송되며 하적수단을 통해 상기 설치현장에 하적된 후 설치되되, 상기 전주의 하부 고정장치는, 전주(10)가 조립되는 전주조립부(22)가 구비되는 중공원통체(21)에 고정부(23)가 구비되는 플렌지(24)가 조립되어 전주조립부(22)로 끼워지는 전주(10)의 하부측을 지지하도록 체결부재(26)를 매개로 노면(12)에 고정되는 상부구조물(20)과, 중공원통체(31)의 외주면에 상부구조물(20)의 고정부(23)와 대응되는 고정부(32)가 연설되어 고정부(32)의 체결공(33)으로 결합되는 체결부재(26)를 매개로 상부구조물(20)에 조립되어 지중(14)에 매립되는하부구조물(30)을 포함하고, 상기 설치현장에는 복합유닛(1')이 설치되어 상기 전주의 하부 고정장치의 취급상황, 상기 설치현장의 상황, 상기 이송수단과 상기 설치현장의 작업자를 포함하는 대상물에 대해 촬영에 기반하는 대상물 모니터링을 수행한다.
