GRP EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT HEATING GRP BATHROOM FLOOR PLATE
The present invention provides an earthquake-resistant heating glass reinforced plastic (GRP) bathroom floor plate, comprising: a main body plate; and an upper surface outer edge and a lower surface outer edge, which are foldably formed along a lower surface edge of the main body plate and forming a lower space on a lower surface of the main body plate to be filled with mortar. On a lower surface of the main body plate, a longitudinal rib and a transversal rib are formed to protrude and cross each other in a grid shape, thereby dividing the lower space into one or more unit lower spaces. The height of the longitudinal rib and the transversal rib is less than the height of the lower surface outer edge, so that a gap is present under the longitudinal rib and the transversal rib. Mortar is pushed into the gap of the longitudinal rib and the transversal rib, thereby filling the whole unit lower space. On the lower surface of the main body plate, one or more reinforcing/supporting bosses are formed to protrude and support the main body plate while being apart from the main body plate for a certain distance by coming in contact with the foundation floor with the mortar placed. Therefore, the vibration on a bathroom floor can be prevented.
본 발명은 본체플레이트, 상기 본체플레이트의 하면 외곽을 따라 절곡 형성되며 상기 본체플레이트의 하면에 몰타르가 채워지기 위한 하부공간을 형성시키는 상면 외곽 테두리 및 하면 외곽 테두리로 구성한 조립식 GRP 욕실 바닥판에 있어서, 상기 본체플레이트의 하면에는 상기 하부공간을 적어도 하나 이상의 단위 하부공간으로 구획 형성시키는 종방향 리브 및 횡방향 리브가 격자 형태로 서로 교차하도록 돌출 형성되며, 상기 종방향 리브 및 횡방향 리브의 높이는 상기 하면 외곽 테두리의 높이 보다 작게 형성하여, 상기 종방향 리브 및 상기 횡방향 리브의 아래에 틈새가 발생하도록 하며, 상기 종방향 리브 및 상기 횡방향 리브의 틈새로 몰타르가 밀려 들어가며 상기 단위 하부공간 전체에 몰타르가 충진되도록 하며, 상기 본체플레이트의 하면에는 상기 몰타르가 타설되어 있는 기초바닥에 접촉하며 상기 본체플레이트를 일정거리 이격시킨 상태로 지지하는 적어도 하나 이상의 보강 지지용 보스가 돌출 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 내진보강형 난방용 GRP 욕실 바닥판을 제공한다.
