2 Concrete secondary products containing manganese slag
The present invention relates to a concrete secondary product comprising manganese slag and manufactured from a composition containing 200 to 250 parts by weight of stone dust, 0.30 to 0.52 parts by weight of an admixture, and 200 to 250 parts by weight of manganese slag, based on 100 parts by weight of cement. The concrete secondary product comprises manganese slag comprising cement bricks, permeable blocks, reinforced soil blocks, piles, utility poles, culverts, water pipes, retaining wall panels, concrete sleepers, and concrete slab tracks. According to the concrete secondary product comprising manganese slag of the present invention, by smelting manganese and using discarded molten slag as an aggregate for concrete, a virtuous cycle of industrial waste used for landfill as an alternative resource is secured and it is possible to stabilize the supply and demand of high-quality materials.
본 발명은 시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여, 석분 200~250 중량부, 혼화제 0.30~0.52 중량부 및 망간 슬래그 200~250 중량부를 포함하는 조성물로 제조되는 콘크리트 2차 제품에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 2차 제품은, 시멘트 벽돌, 투수 블록, 보강토 블록, 파일, 전신주, 암거, 수로관, 옹벽 패널, 콘크리트 침목, 콘크리트 슬래브궤도를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 망간 슬래그를 포함하는 콘크리트 2차 제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 망간을 제련하고 폐기되는 용융 슬래그를 콘크리트용 골재로 사용함으로써, 매립용 산업 폐기물을 대체자원으로 선순환하고, 고품질 자재의 수급 안정화를 기하는 망간 슬래그를 포함하는 콘크리트 2차 제품을 제공한다.
