The present invention relates to a method for managing a facility for fixing a utility pole of a processing distribution line in cities, which comprises a step in which a facility for fixing a utility pole of a processing distribution line is transported to an installation site to be installed. Here, the facility for fixing a utility pole of a processing distribution line comprises: a back-and-forth moving prevention piece which protrudes after being spaced apart in a back-and-forth direction at the middle portion of a crossarm; and a burying ring of which one part is buried in a utility pole and is exposed along the outer circumferential surface of the utility pole. The installation site is provided with an entrance management unit which is provided to limit the entrance of personnel, supplies, and vehicles into the installation site and monitor and manage the situation of the installation site (P1, P2) in real time in terms of the pre-setup process of the facility for fixing a utility pole and the subsequent management process thereof. Therefore, productivity can be increased.
본 발명은 도심 가공배전선로의 전신주 고정설비 관리방법으로서, 상기 가공배전선로의 전신주 고정설비가 설치현장으로 이송되어 설치되는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 가공배전선로의 전신주 고정설비는 완철의 중간부에 전후로 이격되어 돌출된 전후이동방지편과; 전신주에 일부가 매설되고 전신주의 외주면을 따라 노출되는 매설링을 포함하며, 상기 설치현장에는 상기 전신주 고정설비의 사전 셋업과정과 사후에 관리과정에 있어서 상기 설치현장으로의 인원, 물자, 차량 진입을 제한하고 상기 설치현장(P1, P2)의 실시간 상황을 감시관리 하기위한 진입관리유닛이 구비되된다.
