Bezel-less Block Landscape Lighting
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a bezel-less block landscape lighting, which allows a signal color (red, green, etc.) of a floor traffic light to be properly recognized at any viewing angle when used as the floor traffic light or a block landscape lighting, and allows a user to fully and aesthetically feel the color and shape of light emitted from block landscape lighting. The bezel-less block landscape lighting comprises: a bottom cover; a printed circuit board (PCB) located on the upper part of the bottom cover; a plurality of LEDs installed on the upper surface of the PCB; a gasket formed to fit to the circumference (edge) of the PCB and be in close contact therewith; a top cover in which upper and side parts are formed integrally and a lower part is opened to form a space of a predetermined size therein; and a support of a predetermined length which is interposed in a longitudinal direction between the upper surface of the top cover and the PCB and is formed to support the upper surface of the top cover and the PCB. A stepped part corresponding to the circumference of the gasket is formed around the inner surface of the side part of the top cover, such that the circumference of the gasket (in which the PCB is inserted) can be assembled so as to be in close contact with the inner circumference of the side part of the top cover and the stepped part.
본 발명의 예시적인 실시예는 바닥 신호등 또는 블록 경관 조명으로 사용 시 어떤 시야각에서도 바닥신호등의 신호색(빨강,초록 등)을 제대로 인지할 수 있도록 하고 블록경관조명으로부터 발광되는 빛의 색깔, 모양 등을 심미적으로 충분히 느낄 수 있도록 하는 베젤리스 블록 경관 조명에 관한 것으로, 버텀(BOTTOM)커버; 상기 버텀커버의 상부에 위치하는 인쇄회로기판(PCB); 상기 PCB의 상면에 설치된 복수의 엘이디(LED); 상기 PCB의 (가장자리) 둘레에 끼워져 밀착되도록 형성된 가스켓; 상면부와 측면부가 일체로 형성되고 하면부가 개방되어 내부에 일정 크기의 공간이 형성된 탑(TOP)커버; 및 상기 탑커버의 상면 및 상기 PCB 사이에 길이 방향으로 개재되어 상기 탑커버의 상면 및 상기 PCB를 지지하도록 형성된 일정 길이의 서포트;를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 탑커버의 측면부의 내면 둘레에는 상기 가스켓의 둘레에 대응하는 단턱부가 형성되어, (상기 PCB가 끼워진) 상기 가스켓의 둘레가 상기 탑커버의 측면부의 내면 둘레와 상기 단턱부에 밀착되도록 조립될 수 있다.
Bezel-less Block Landscape Lighting
