27MPa Concrete Composition having Recycled Coarse Aggregates with Lime Stone Powder and Magnetite Powder
The present invention relates to a concrete composition having recycled coarse aggregates, which is used in the frame construction of buildings and, more particularly, to a "27 MPa-level concrete composition having recycled coarse aggregates and using magnetite powder and limestone powder as an admixture". The 27 MPa-level concrete composition comprises: natural fine aggregates; natural coarse aggregates; recycled coarse aggregates; and a binder. When the total content of coarse aggregates is 100 wt%, 60 wt% of the recycled coarse aggregates are included, and 40 wt% of the natural coarse aggregates are included. When the total content of the binder is 100 wt%, 75 wt% of cement, 7.5 to 10 wt% of blast furnace slag powder, 5 to 7.5 wt% of fly ash, 2.5 to 5 wt% of magnetite powder, and 5 to 10 wt% of limestone powder are included. Therefore, improved initial strength and improved slump characteristics can be exhibited.
본 발명은 순환 굵은 골재를 포함하며 건축물의 골조 공사에 사용되는 콘크리트 조성물로서, 천연 잔골재와, 천연 굵은 골재와, 순환 굵은 골재와, 바인더를 포함하되, 굵은 골재의 총 함유량을 100중량%라고 할 때 순환 굵은 골재는 60중량%로 포함되고 천연 굵은 골재는 40중량%로 포함되며; 바인더의 총 함유량을 100중량%라고 할 때 시멘트는 75중량%, 고로 슬래그 미분말은 7.5 내지 10중량%, 플라이애시는 5 내지 7.5중량%, 자철광 미분말은 2.5 내지 5중량% 및 석회석 미분말은 5 내지 10중량%로 포함된 바인더를 포함하므로써, 향상된 초기 강도의 발현과 개선된 슬럼프 특성을 발휘하게 되는 "자철광 미분말과 석회석 미분말을 혼화재로 사용한 27MPa급 순환 굵은 골재 콘크리트 조성물"에 관한 것이다.
