Power saving control system for multi-family housing
The present invention relates to a power saving control system for an apartment house, which comprises: a mode detection unit; an on-off switch which is serially connected to the flow switch of a boiler; and a system control unit which controls the on-off switch according to the detection signal of the mode detection unit. Therefore, when a faucet is opened in a state of having been switched toward hot water, a boiler is not immediately operated but stands by for a predetermined period before the boiler continues to operate after the predetermined period, whereas the boiler is not operated when the faucet is switched toward cold water within the predetermined period. Consequently, unnecessary waste of electricity can be prevented to increase the power saving effect and prevent waste of fuel. When the user who desires to use cold water lifts the handle of the faucet upward in a state in which the handle is turned to the hot water mode or the mixed water mode, a notice is outputted by means of a speaker to enable switching to the cold water mode, thereby effectively preventing waste of electricity and waste of fuel.
본 발명은 공동주택 전기의 절전 제어 시스템에 관한 것으로, 모드감지부와, 보일러의 유량스위치와 직렬로 연결되는 온오프스위치와, 모드감지부의 감지신호에 따라 온오프스위치를 제어하는 시스템 제어부를 구비하여, 수도전이 온수 쪽으로 전환된 상태에서 열었을 때 곧바로 보일러가 가동되지 않고 미리 설정된 시간 동안 대기하였다가 설정 시간이 경과하면 계속해서 보일러가 가동되게 하고, 설정 시간 내에 수도전이 냉수 쪽으로 전환되면 보일러가 가동되지 않게 함으로써 불필요한 전력의 낭비를 방지하여 절전효과를 높일 수 있도록 함과 아울러 연료낭비를 방지할 수 있고, 냉수를 사용하고자 하는 사용자가 수도전의 손잡이가 온수모드 또는 혼합수모드로 돌아간 상태에서 손잡이를 위로 올렸을 경우, 냉수모드로 전환할 수 있도록 스피커를 통해 안내문을 출력함으로써 전력낭비와 연료낭비를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
