The present invention relates to a flexible joint device with a replaceable elastic drainage plate and a variable anchor, wherein an elastic drainage plate placed between side plate parts of a pair of T-shaped main bodies provided on the fore-end of a bridge deck can be replaced easily and the position of an anchor can be varied freely, thereby enabling installation at an accurate position. The flexible joint device with a replaceable elastic drainage plate and a variable anchor according to the present invention comprises: a pair of main bodies consisting of a pair of deck parts combined with the upper surface of the fore-end of a bridge deck, which are adjacent to each other, and side plate parts provided below each of the deck parts to form a T shape with the deck parts and adhering closely to the fore-end of the bridge deck; an anchor part combined with the rear surface of the side plate parts and settled in the concrete of an upper structure; and an elastic drainage plate provided between the side plate parts of the main bodies. A fixing plate having an insertion groove part formed on a front surface thereof is provided on the front surface of each of the side plate parts, and the end of the elastic drainage plate is inserted into the insertion groove part of each fixing plate, thereby fixing the elastic drainage plate to the fixing plate using an aluminum wedge inserted between the end of the elastic drainage plate and the insertion groove part.
본 발명은 교량 상판 선단에 구비된 한 쌍의 T자형 본체의 측판부 사이에 위치하는 탄성배수판의 교체가 용이하면서도 앵커의 위치를 자유롭게 가변할 수 있어 정확한 위치에 설치할 수 있는 탄성배수판 교체형 및 앵커 가변형 신축이음장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 탄성배수판 교체형 및 앵커 가변형 신축이음장치는 상호 이웃하는 교량 상판의 선단 상면에 결합되는 한 쌍의 상판부와 상기 각 상판부의 하부에 상판부와 T자형을 이루도록 구비되어 교량 상판의 선단 전면에 밀착되는 측판부로 구성되는 한 쌍의 본체; 상기 측판부의 후면에 결합되어 상부 구조물의 콘크리트 내에 정착되는 앵커부; 및 상기 본체의 측판부 사이에 구비되는 탄성배수판; 으로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 각 측판부의 전면에는 전면에 삽입홈부가 형성된 고정플레이트가 구비되고, 상기 각 고정플레이트의 삽입홈부에는 상기 탄성배수판의 단부가 각각 삽입되어, 상기 탄성배수판의 단부와 삽입홈부의 사이에 끼워지는 알루미늄인 쐐기에 의해 탄성배수판이 고정플레이트에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The flexible joint device with a replaceable elastic drainage plate and a variable anchor according to the present invention comprises: a pair of main bodies consisting of a pair of deck parts combined with the upper surface of the fore-end of a bridge deck, which are adjacent to each other, and side plate parts provided below each of the deck parts to form a T shape with the deck parts and adhering closely to the fore-end of the bridge deck; an anchor part combined with the rear surface of the side plate parts and settled in the concrete of an upper structure; and an elastic drainage plate provided between the side plate parts of the main bodies. A fixing plate having an insertion groove part formed on a front surface thereof is provided on the front surface of each of the side plate parts, and the end of the elastic drainage plate is inserted into the insertion groove part of each fixing plate, thereby fixing the elastic drainage plate to the fixing plate using an aluminum wedge inserted between the end of the elastic drainage plate and the insertion groove part.
본 발명은 교량 상판 선단에 구비된 한 쌍의 T자형 본체의 측판부 사이에 위치하는 탄성배수판의 교체가 용이하면서도 앵커의 위치를 자유롭게 가변할 수 있어 정확한 위치에 설치할 수 있는 탄성배수판 교체형 및 앵커 가변형 신축이음장치에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 탄성배수판 교체형 및 앵커 가변형 신축이음장치는 상호 이웃하는 교량 상판의 선단 상면에 결합되는 한 쌍의 상판부와 상기 각 상판부의 하부에 상판부와 T자형을 이루도록 구비되어 교량 상판의 선단 전면에 밀착되는 측판부로 구성되는 한 쌍의 본체; 상기 측판부의 후면에 결합되어 상부 구조물의 콘크리트 내에 정착되는 앵커부; 및 상기 본체의 측판부 사이에 구비되는 탄성배수판; 으로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 각 측판부의 전면에는 전면에 삽입홈부가 형성된 고정플레이트가 구비되고, 상기 각 고정플레이트의 삽입홈부에는 상기 탄성배수판의 단부가 각각 삽입되어, 상기 탄성배수판의 단부와 삽입홈부의 사이에 끼워지는 알루미늄인 쐐기에 의해 탄성배수판이 고정플레이트에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
