Flood prevention and escape structure of Resident Building
Disclosed is a flood prevention and evacuation device for a residential building. The flood prevention and evacuation device for a residential building according to the present invention is installed at a building in which residential spaces are formed on the basement floor, the semi-basement floor or the ground floor, and an entrance door is provided at the entrance of each residential space, and is characterized by comprising: a floor detection unit including a raindrop sensor disposed on the rooftop or the outer wall of a building to detect rainwater, and a water level detection sensor disposed at the entrance door or the entrance; the entrance door which is divided into a lower entrance door including an introduction prevention means to prevent the introduction of water into the gap from a door frame, and an upper entrance door which is coupled to the upper end portion of the lower entrance door by a horizontal hinge, and in which a handle is disposed on the inner side surface of the upper entrance door facing the inner direction of the residential space to rotate the upper entrance door towards the inside of the residential space to open the upper portion of the entrance; and a locking releasing means which is disposed at the boundary area between the lower entrance door and the upper entrance door to be linked with the handle such that, when the handle is operated, the locked state is released such that the upper entrance door may be rotated towards the residential space with respect to the lower entrance door. Therefore, loss of lives can be prevented or minimized.
주거용 건축물의 침수방지 및 대피장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 주거용 건축물의 침수방지 및 대피장치는, 지하, 반지하 또는 1층에 주거공간이 형성되고 각 상기 주거공간의 출입구에는 출입문이 구비된 건축물에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 건축물의 옥상 또는 외벽에 마련되어 빗물을 감지하기 위한 우적센서 및 상기 출입문 또는 입구에 마련되는 수위감지센서를 포함한 침수감지부; 문틀과의 사이로 물이 유입되지 않도록 하기 위한 유입차단수단을 구비한 하부 출입문과, 상기 하부 출입문의 상단부에 수평힌지로 결합되는 상부 출입문으로 분할 구성되고, 주거공간의 내측 방향을 향하는 상기 상부 출입문의 내측면에는 상기 상부 출입문을 주거공간 내측 방향으로 회동시켜 상기 출입구의 상부를 개방하기 위한 손잡이가 마련되는 상기 출입문; 및 상기 하부 출입문과 상기 상부 출입문의 경계 영역에 마련되고 상기 손잡이와 연동되어 상기 손잡이의 작동시 상기 하부 출입문에 대하여 상기 상부 출입문이 상기 주거공간 방향으로 회동되도록 잠금을 해제하기 위한 잠금해제수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
