Multi-color Interior Finishing Materials and Manufacturing Methods Using Natural Materials
The present invention relates to a multi-colored interior finishing material manufactured by combining multiple kinds of natural materials and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a multi-colored interior finishing material manufactured by using natural materials and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the multi-colored interior finishing material is made in a mortar form by using: colored aggregate made by preparing red clay pulverized to a particle size of 300 to 400 mesh, white clay pulverized to a particle size of 300 to 400 mesh, and acidic white clay pulverized to a particle size of 300 to 400 mesh to use each clay alone or mix the clays in a certain ratio; an indigo dye extracted from Polygonum indigo added to the colored aggregate; a plant additive selected among mulberry pulp, pulverized Zanthoxylum piperitum, pulverized Northern bamboo, pulverized pine needles and pine shoots, and pulverized mugwort; a glutinous rice kelp paste with a salinity of 0.9 mixed with a glutinous rice paste; and a natural binder made of wood vinegar.
본 발명은 다수 종의 천연소재를 결합하여 제조되는 다색상 실내마감재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 300∼400메쉬 입도로 분쇄한 황토와, 300∼400메쉬 입도로 분쇄한 백토와, 300∼400메쉬 입도로 분쇄한 산성백토를 준비하여 이들을 단독으로 또는 일정비율로 혼합하는 유색골재와, 상기 유색골재에 더해지는 쪽(polygonum indigo)에서 추출한 쪽염료와, 닥나무펄프와, 초피분쇄물, 조릿대분쇄물, 솔잎 및 솔순분쇄물과, 쑥분쇄물 중에서 선택되는 식물첨가제와, 찹쌀풀이 혼합된 염도 0.9의 찹쌀 다시마풀과, 목초액으로 이루어지는 천연결합제를 사용하여 모르타르형태로 만드는 천연소재를 이용하는 다색상 실내 마감재 및 그 제조방법이다.
