A water blocking device combined with a passage is disclosed. The water blocking device combined with a passage according to the present invention comprises: a water blocking plate which is rotatably provided on one side of the upper part of a foundation structure buried along the coast, is used as a passage by covering the upper part of the foundation structure in an overturned state, and blocks running water in an erected state; a plurality of water blocking plate driving units provided inside the foundation structure and connected to the water blocking plate to erect or turn over the water blocking plate; and a plurality of water blocking plate support units provided inside the foundation structure and connected to the water blocking plate to stand up together with the water blocking plate and support the water blocking plate when the water blocking plate is erected.
통행로 겸용 차수장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 통행로 겸용 차수장치는 연안을 따라 매설된 기초구조물의 상부 일측에 회전가능하게 마련되며, 전도된 상태에서 기초구조물의 상부를 덮어 통행로로 사용되고, 기립된 상태에서 유수를 차단하는 차수판; 기초구조물의 내부에 복수 개 마련되며, 차수판에 연결되어 차수판을 기립 또는 전도시키는 차수판 구동유닛; 및 기초구조물의 내부에 복수 개 마련되며, 차수판에 연결되어 차수판이 기립되는 경우에 차수판과 함께 기립되어 차수판을 지지하는 차수판 지지유닛을 포함한다.
