BUFFER MAT FOR PREVENTING NOISE BETWEEN FLOORS
The present invention relates to a buffer mat for preventing noise between floors. The buffer mat for preventing noise between floors according to one embodiment of technical ideas of the present invention comprises: a foam molding layer; and a skin unit which adheres to and is located in an upper part of the foam molding layer and protects a surface of a mat. The skin unit comprises: a fabric; a polyurethane sheet which is located in a lower part of the fabric, adheres to the foam molding layer and is coupled to the same; and an adhering layer which adheres the fabric to the polyurethane sheet. According to the configuration, the buffer mat for preventing noise between floors by various embodiments of the technical idea of the present invention prevents a mat surface from having gaps, liquids such as coffee and beverages or foreign substances from being absorbed to contaminate the mat, and manages and keeps appearance of the mat clean and fine, thereby improving quality of the mat and extending use periods of the mat.
본 발명은 층간소음 방지용 완충매트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 일 실시예에 따른 층간소음 방지용 완충매트는, 발포성형층, 및 상기 발포성형층 상부에 접착되어 위치하고 매트의 표면을 보호하는 스킨부를 포함하고, 상기 스킨부는 직물원단, 상기 직물원단 하부에 위치하고 발포성형층과 접착되어 결합되는 폴리우레탄 시트, 및 상기 직물원단과 폴리우레탄 시트를 접착하는 점착층을 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 다양한 실시예에 의한 층간소음 방지용 완충매트는 매트 표면의 들뜸 현상을 방지하고, 커피나 음료수 등과 같은 액체류나 이물질 등이 흡수되어 매트가 오염되는 것을 방지하며, 매트의 외관을 청결하고 미려하게 관리 유지할 수 있어 매트의 품질을 향상시키고 매트의 사용 기한을 연장할 수 있다.
