A horizontal movement module for horizontal moving type window assembly
The present invention relates to a horizontal movement module for a horizontally moving window assembly and, more particularly, to a horizontal movement module for a horizontally moving window assembly which allows for rapid and easy horizontal movement of the window. The horizontal movement module for a horizontally moving window assembly comprises: an upper plate which can be attached to a window frame; a lower plate which is installed below the upper plate, is arranged to slide relative to the upper plate, and has rollers; an upper guide track of a curved shape which is provided on the upper plate; a lower guide track which is provided on the lower plate, is arranged to face the upper guide track, and has at least a portion formed in a curved shape; and a rotational operation part which is provided between the upper guide track and the lower guide track. A hinge pin is provided on one side of the rotational operation part, and a moving pin which moves along the upper guide track and the lower guide track is provided on the other side of the rotational operation part. Depending on the facing condition between the upper guide track and the lower guide track and the position of the moving pin therebetween, based on the rotational movement of the rotational operation part, the upper plate and the lower plate move relatively in the horizontal direction.
본 발명은 수평 이동형 창호 조립체용 수평 이동 모듈에 대한 것으로서, 신속하고 용이하게 창호를 수평이동 시킬 수 있는 발명에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 창문의 틀에 부착가능하게 마련되는 상부플레이트와; 상기 상부 플레이트의 하부에 설치되며 상기 상부 플레이트와 상대 슬라이드이동 가능하게 마련되고 롤러가 설치되는 하부 플레이트와; 상기 상부 플레이트에 마련되는 곡선 형태의 상부 가이드 트랙과; 상기 하부 플레이트에 마련되고 상부 가이드 트랙과 마주보게 배치되며 적어도 일부가 곡선 형태로 구성되는 하부 가이드 트랙과, 상기 상부 가이드 트랙과 상기 하부 가이드 트랙 사이에 배치되는 회전동작부를 포함하되, 상기 회전동작부의 일측에는 힌지핀이 마련되고, 상기 회전동작부의 타측에는 상기 상부 가이드트랙과 상기 하부 가이드 트랙을 따라서 움직이는 이동핀이 마련되며, 상기 회전 동작부의 회전 동작에 따른 상기 상부 가이드 트랙과 상기 하부 가이드 트랙 간의 마주보는 상태와 그 사이에 있는 이동핀의 위치에 따라서 상부 플레이트와 하부 플레이트가 수평 방향으로 상대 이동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평 이동형 창호용 수평 이동 모듈을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a horizontal movement module for a horizontally moving window assembly and, more particularly, to a horizontal movement module for a horizontally moving window assembly which allows for rapid and easy horizontal movement of the window. The horizontal movement module for a horizontally moving window assembly comprises: an upper plate which can be attached to a window frame; a lower plate which is installed below the upper plate, is arranged to slide relative to the upper plate, and has rollers; an upper guide track of a curved shape which is provided on the upper plate; a lower guide track which is provided on the lower plate, is arranged to face the upper guide track, and has at least a portion formed in a curved shape; and a rotational operation part which is provided between the upper guide track and the lower guide track. A hinge pin is provided on one side of the rotational operation part, and a moving pin which moves along the upper guide track and the lower guide track is provided on the other side of the rotational operation part. Depending on the facing condition between the upper guide track and the lower guide track and the position of the moving pin therebetween, based on the rotational movement of the rotational operation part, the upper plate and the lower plate move relatively in the horizontal direction.
