Joint assembly of water pumping pipe for groundwater well with both flange and socket function
Provided is a joint assembly of a water pumping pipe for a groundwater well with flange and socket functions, which comprises: a first main body, which includes a first base body which surrounds the periphery of a first through-hole connecting to an upper portion of a lower water pumping pipe, a plurality of first reinforcing members which protrude at regular intervals along the periphery of the first base body and are provided with a first C-type coupling groove, and a pair of guides which protrude and extend in an extension direction of the first reinforcing members at regular intervals on the upper surfaces of the first reinforcing members; a second main body which includes a second base body which surrounds the periphery of a second through-hole connecting to a lower portion of an upper water pumping pipe, a coupling portion which extends downward from the lower periphery of the second base body and couples with the first through-hole, and second reinforcing members which protrude at regular intervals along the periphery of the second base body in the same quantity as the first reinforcing members, is provided with a second C-type coupling groove and is positioned between the pair of guides. The joint assembly of a water pumping pipe for a groundwater well with flange and socket functions according to the present invention can overcome the disadvantages of the conventional flange and socket, and fully utilize the functions of the flange and the socket, thereby pursuing ease of construction and enhanced coupling strength of the water pumping pipe.
본 발명에 따른 플랜지와 소켓 기능을 겸비한 지하수 관정용 양수 파이프의 이음매 어셈블리는, 하측 양수 파이프의 상부를 결합하는 제 1 관통공의 둘레를 둘러싼 제 1 베이스 바디 및, 상기 제 1 베이스 바디의 둘레를 따라 일정 간격을 두고 복수로 돌출된 것으로 제 1 C형 체결홈을 포함한 제 1 보강대와, 상기 제 1 보강대의 상면에 일정 간격을 두고 상기 제 1 보강대의 연장 방향을 따라 돌출 연장된 1쌍의 가이드를 포함한 제 1 본체; 상측 양수 파이프의 하부를 결합하는 제 2 관통공의 둘레를 둘러싼 제 2 베이스 바디 및, 상기 제 2 베이스 바디의 하단 둘레에서 하방 연장되어 상기 제 1 관통공에 결합하는 결합부와, 상기 제 2 베이스 바디의 둘레를 따라 일정 간격을 두고 상기 제 1 보강대와 동일한 개수로 돌출된 것으로 제 2 C형 체결홈을 포함한 상태에서 상기 1쌍의 가이드 사이에 안착하는 제 2 보강대를 포함한 제 2 본체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 플랜지와 소켓 기능을 겸비한 지하수 관정용 양수 파이프의 이음매 어셈블리에 의하면, 종래의 플랜지와 소켓의 단점을 극복하면서 양자의 기능을 십분 활용하여 시공의 용이성과 양수 파이프의 결합력 강화를 동시에 추구할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.

Provided is a joint assembly of a water pumping pipe for a groundwater well with flange and socket functions, which comprises: a first main body, which includes a first base body which surrounds the periphery of a first through-hole connecting to an upper portion of a lower water pumping pipe, a plurality of first reinforcing members which protrude at regular intervals along the periphery of the first base body and are provided with a first C-type coupling groove, and a pair of guides which protrude and extend in an extension direction of the first reinforcing members at regular intervals on the upper surfaces of the first reinforcing members; a second main body which includes a second base body which surrounds the periphery of a second through-hole connecting to a lower portion of an upper water pumping pipe, a coupling portion which extends downward from the lower periphery of the second base body and couples with the first through-hole, and second reinforcing members which protrude at regular intervals along the periphery of the second base body in the same quantity as the first reinforcing members, is provided with a second C-type coupling groove and is positioned between the pair of guides. The joint assembly of a water pumping pipe for a groundwater well with flange and socket functions according to the present invention can overcome the disadvantages of the conventional flange and socket, and fully utilize the functions of the flange and the socket, thereby pursuing ease of construction and enhanced coupling strength of the water pumping pipe.
