The present invention relates to a multipurpose hypocaust, which can provide a modularized hypocaust that can be applied to buildings having various sizes, and can use a heating energy source generated by the hypocaust to heat food, thereby minimizing the loss of the heating energy source generated by the hypocaust. The multipurpose hypocaust comprises: a hypocaust body (100) including a bottom wall (110), a front wall (120) vertically connected along the edge of the bottom wall (110), a rear wall (130), a left wall (140), and a right wall (150), and having a space formed thereinside; a furnace room (200) communicating with the front wall (120) of the hypocaust body (100), having both open sides, and providing radiant heat, which is a firepower source, generated through combustion in a combustion space formed thereinside, to an open side; a chimney hole (131) formed through the rear wall (130) of the hypocaust body (100) to communicate with a chimney; a heat guide flue path (300) connecting the furnace room (200) and the chimney hole (131) to form a heat flow path, which is a path through which radiant heat flows inside the hypocaust body (100), and guiding the radiant heat so that the same continues to flow to the chimney hole (131) along the heat flow path; and a furnace room-side short-time food heating unit (1100) installed in the furnace room (200) to heat and cook food by using the radiant heat generated from the furnace room (200).
본 발명은 다양한 크기의 건축물에 적용가능한 모듈러화된 구들의 제공과 더불어, 구들에서 발생되는 난방에너지원을 음식을 가열하는데 이용함으로써, 구들에서 발생되는 난방에너지원의 손실을 최소화시켜주는 다용도 난방구들에 관한 것으로, 바닥벽체(110), 상기 바닥벽체(110)의 가장자리를 따라 직립연결되는 전측벽체(120), 후측벽체(130), 좌측벽체(140) 및 우측벽체(150)로 이루어져, 내부에 공간이 형성되는 구들몸체(100)와; 상기 구들몸체(100)의 전측벽체(120)에 연통되는 것으로, 양측이 개구되고, 내부에 형성되는 연소공간에서 연소를 통해 발생되는 화력원인 방사열기를 개구된 일측으로 제공하는 함실(200)과; 상기 구들몸체(100)의 후측벽체(130)에 관통형성되는 것으로, 굴뚝이 연통되는 굴뚝구멍(131)과; 상기 함실(200)과 상기 굴뚝구멍(131)을 연결하여, 상기 구들몸체(100)의 내부에 방사열기가 유동하는 경로인 열기유동경로를 형성하되, 그 형성되는 열기유동경로를 따라 방사열기가 끊기지 않고 굴뚝구멍(131)까지 흐르게 유도하는 열기안내용 고래길경로(300)와; 상기 함실(200)에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 함실(200)로부터 발생되는 방사열기에 의해 음식을 가열하여 조리하는 함실측 단시간 요리가열부(1100);를 포함한다.
