The present invention relates to a concrete building form installation supporter. More specifically, the building form installation supporter comprises: a fixed plate which is attached to an upper surface of the bottom on which a form of a concrete building is installed; a support tube which is coupled to a support shaft made of a shaft bolt and a nut on a front-end coupling part of the fixed plate to rotate in place at a certain angle in the fixed plate, and is formed in a tube shape to be formed with a device hole in the central part; a rotation nut which is coupled to an upper end of the support tube and rotates in place; and a lifting rod which is coupled to a female screw hole of the rotation nut to be a screw rod formed with a male screw to come into or out of the device hole of the support tube, and to which a fastening pin is attached in an orthogonal direction on an upper end of the screw rod. The building form installation supporter has a trapezoidal-shaped grounding part of the fixed plate to arrange a location of a nail hole on a line to improve a supporting force of the fixed plate, improves a coupling structure of the rotation nut to seat the rotation nut on the upper end of the support tube, has a rotation nut holder for rotation in place on the upper end of the support tube so as to secure stability of the rotation nut, and enables convenient assembly with the support tube so as to increase productivity and produce a competitive product.
본 발명은 건축용 콘크리트 거푸집 설치용 버팀대에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은, 콘크리트 건축물의 거푸집이 설치되는 바닥 상면에 부착되는 고정판과 고정판의 선단결합부에 축볼트와 너트로 된 지지축에 결합되어 고정판에서 일정각도 제자리 회동하고, 관체로 되어 중심부에 장치공이 형성된 지지관체와, 지지관체 상단부에 결합되어 제자리 회전하는 회전너트와, 회전너트의 암나사 구멍에 결합하여 지지관체의 장치공으로 출입될 수 있게 수나사가 형성된 나사봉으로 되고, 나사봉 상단에서 직각방향으로 체결핀이 부착된 승강봉으로 이루어지는 건축용 거푸집 설치용 버팀대에 있어서, 고정판의 접지부를 사다리꼴 형상으로 못구멍의 위치를 "JPEG112022071291941-pat00002.jpg68" 선상에 배치함으로써, 고정판의 버팀력이 향상되게 구성하고, 회전너트 결합구조를 개선하여 지지관체 상단부에 회전너트를 안착시켜, 지지관체 상단에서 제자리 회전이 이루어지게 회전너트 홀더를 갖추어서 회전너트의 안정성을 확립하고, 지지관체와의 조립이 편리하도록 하여 생산성을 높여 경쟁력 있는 제품을 만들 수 있게 한 건축용 거푸집 설치용 버팀대이다.
The present invention relates to a concrete building form installation supporter.
