The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a clay-decorative balloon, which uses a clay material to form decorative patterns of various colors and shapes on the surface of a balloon, thereby improving a party atmosphere by using the balloon, and a clay-decorative balloon manufactured thereby. The method comprises: a clay material kneading step of kneading a clay material including clay, liquid glue, and silicone gel by mixing the clay material (ST 1); a forcing bag feed step of feeding the kneaded clay material into a forcing bag (10); (ST 2); a clay pattern forming step of extruding the forcing bag (10) to form a clay pattern (30) on a plane (ST 3'); a drying step of drying the formed clay pattern (30) (ST 4'); and a balloon attachment step of attaching the dried clay pattern (30) to the surface of a balloon (20) injected with helium gas (ST 5').
본 발명은 클레이 장식 풍선 제작방법 및 이에 의해 제작된 클레이 장식 풍선에 관한 것으로서, 클레이 재료를 이용하여 풍선의 표면에 다양한 색상 및 모양의 장식 문양을 형성시킬 수 있도록 하여 풍선을 이용한 파티 분위기를 향상시키기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 점토, 물풀, 실리콘 겔을 포함하는 클레이 재료를 혼합하여 반죽을 실시하는 클레이 재료 반죽단계와;(ST 1) 상기 반죽된 클레이 재료를 짤주머니(10)에 투입하는 짤주머니 투입단계와;(ST 2) 상기 짤주머니(10)를 압출하여 평면상에 클레이 문양(30)을 형성시키는 클레이 문양 형성단계와;(ST 3') 상기 형성된 클레이 문양(30)을 건조시키는 건조단계와;(ST 4') 상기 건조가 이루어진 클레이 문양(30)을 헬륨가스가 주입된 풍선(20) 표면에 부착시키는 풍선 부착단계;(ST 5')를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
