The present invention relates to an earth anchor with improved anchoring performance and grout filling properties. The technical gist of the present invention relates to an earth anchor, which strengthens fixing and bearing power and reinforcement performance with respect to grounds of concern (anchorage and free grounds) such as soft grounds, cracked grounds, fractured grounds, jointed grounds, and boulder stone layers. The earth anchor causes a drilled hole to be completely filled sequentially without empty spaces by a multi-stage partition structure and a step-by-step filling structure, in a grout filling process for the drilled hole during an anchoring process, to greatly strengthen the anchoring power of the earth anchor, and also significantly improve grout filling performance, so that the rigidity and support durability (resistance to earth pressure) of retaining wall structures (including other civil engineering structures and the stability of the ground itself) are greatly improved, a function for suppressing displacement, swelling, and pushing out due to earth pressure is significantly improved, and grout is efficiently filled and cured. The earth anchor comprises an anchor device (300) for strengthening anchorage stability while reinforcing tensile force during grout curing.
본 발명은 지반 정착성과 그라우트 채움성이 개선된 토목용 어스앵커에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 연약지반, 균열 지반, 파쇄 지반, 절리 지반, 전석층 등의 우려 지반(정착장과 자유장)에 대하여 견고한 고정지지력과 보강성능이 강화되도록 하는 어스앵커에 관한 것으로, 상기 어스앵커는 정착 공정시 천공홀에 대한 그라우트 충진 과정이 다단식 격벽 구조와 단계별 채움 구조로 인해 빈 공간 없이 차례대로 완벽하게 채워지도록 하는 바, 이는 어스앵커의 정착력이 크게 강화됨은 물론 그라우트 채움 성능이 월등하게 개선되도록 함으로서, 옹벽 구조물(기타 토목 구조물 및 지반 자체의 안정성 포함)의 강성과 지지 내구력(토압에 대한 저항력이 크게 개선되고, 토압에 의한 변위 발생, 배불음, 밀려남 현상 억제 기능 및 효율적인 그라우트 채움 양생이 가능)이 현저하게 개선되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
