The present invention relates to a soft ground improvement device using the piston principle and a soft ground improvement method using the same. The soft ground improvement device comprises: a first tube body which has a blade part formed at one end in the longitudinal direction; a second tube body which is provided inside the first tube body to be able to move up and down; a rod which is arranged to extend along the center of the second tube body to spray an improvement agent, in which earth and water are mixed, through the tip thereof, and has a packer arranged at the tip thereof located inside the second tube body to be expanded and contracted in diameter; and a mixer which is connected to one end of the rod exposed outside the second tube body and mixes earth, water, and the improvement agent in a predetermined ratio. Therefore, the soft ground improvement device and the soft ground improvement method can easily remove in-situ soil from a device.
본 발명은, 길이 방향 일단에 날부가 형성된 제1관체; 상기 제1관체 내측에 승강 가능하게 배치되는 제2관체; 상기 제2관체 중심을 따라 이어지게 배치되어 선단을 통해 토사 및 물과 혼합된 개량제를 분사하되, 상기 제2관체 내측에 위치하는 선단부에 직경의 확장 및 축소가 이루어지는 패커가 배치된 로드; 및 상기 제2관체 외부로 노출되는 상기 로드 일단에 연결되되, 토사, 물 및 개량제를 일정한 비율로 혼합하여 공급하는 믹서;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 원리를 이용한 연약 지반 개량장치 및 이를 이용한 연약 지반 개량방법에 관한 것이다.
