Convenient bracket for installation of wale of temporary retaining wall and its construction method
The present invention relates to a convenient bracket for installation of wale of a temporary retaining wall and a construction method thereof, wherein the bracket is constructed without the need for welding or separate tools to firmly support the wale, thereby reducing a construction time and allowing an unskilled worker to perform construction conveniently. The present invention provides the convenient bracket for a wale, which supports the wale by being mounted on a support during temporary retaining wall construction in an excavation site of construction. The bracket comprises: first and second mounting members surrounding a flange of the support from both sides; a support plate member connected to the first and second mounting members and supporting the wale; and a lever member fastened to the first and second mounting members and the support plate member to secure the support plate member. The lever member includes: a fastening nut fastened to make surface contact with the outer surface of the first mounting member; a fastening rod fastened with the fastening nut and inserted through upper fastening holes and lower fastening holes formed in the first and second mounting members and the support plate member; and a rotation lever coupled to a portion of the fastening rod extending laterally outward from the upper fastening hole and the lower fastening hole of the second mounting member so as to be rotatable forward through a rotation shaft.
본 발명은 용접은 물론 별도의 공구도 필요없이 시공되어 띠장을 견고하게 지지할 수 있도록 함으로써, 공기를 단축함과 더불어 숙련되지 않은 작업자도 편리하게 시공할 수 있도록 하는 가설흙막이의 띠장 설치용 보걸이 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 건설의 굴착 현장에서 가설흙막이 시공시 지주에 장착되어 띠장을 지지하는 띠장 설치용 보걸이로서, 상기 지주의 플랜지를 양쪽에서 감싸는 제1,2장착부재; 상기 제1,2장착부재에 연결되며 띠장을 지지하는 지지판부재; 및 상기 제1,2장착부재와 지지판부재에 체결되어 상기 지지판부재를 고정하는 레버부재;를 포함하고, 상기 레버부재는, 상기 제1장착부재 외측면과 면접촉을 이루도록 체결되는 체결너트; 상기 체결너트와 체결되어 상기 제1,2장착부재 및 지지판부재에 형성된 상부체결홀과 하부체결홀들을 관통하는 삽입을 이루는 체결봉; 및 상기 체결봉에서 상기 제2장착부재의 상부체결홀과 하부체결홀 횡방향 외측으로 연장된 부위에 회동축을 통해 전방으로 회동 가능하게 결합된 회동레버;를 포함한다.
