본 발명은 팽창제를 적용하여 내부 동시주입 구획을 형성하고, 코킹 작업 및 외부팩커를 주입한 후 체크밸브를 이용하여 그라우팅을 진행하며, 지보재 간섭을 최소화하기 위해 홈이 가공된 일체형 강관을 절단하는 외부팩커타입 체크밸브식 동시주입 강관및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 대한 것이다.
