Constructing Method of Pile with Steel Pipe Reinforcement Pile constructed by such Method and Retaining Wall having such Piles
The present invention relates to a construction method for a pile with a local reinforcement structure by installation of a pile reinforcing unit formed of a steel pipe and a retaining wall using a pile constructed by the same. According to the present invention, when the pile is constructed to build the retaining wall and the like, the pile is constructed to have a structure with reinforced bending rigidity by additionally arranging a pile reinforcing unit sectionally comprising a steel pipe or an assembly of the steel pipe or a reinforcing bar only in a position in which large bending stress occurs in a vertical length of the pile. Therefore, when the pile is used as a part of the retaining wall for an underground excavation space, a vertical installation interval of a support member (for example, a reverse raker and the like) installed in the excavation space is increased. So, the number of the consumed support members can be reduced, or the support member can be omitted. Therefore, the construction method for a pile with the local reinforcement structure can improve economic feasibility of construction. The construction method for a pile includes: a step of forming a pile hole (4) and arranging a basic pile body having a hollow unit in the pile hole (4); a step of inserting and arranging the pile reinforcing unit (1) in the hollow unit of the basic pile body; and a step of placing concrete into the hollow unit so that the pile reinforcing unit (1) is buried in the concrete.
본 발명은 흙막이 벽체 등을 구축하기 위하여 말뚝을 시공함에 있어서, 말뚝의 연직길이에서 휨응력이 크게 발생하는 위치에만 국부적으로 강관으로 이루어지거나 또는 강관과 철근의 조립체로 이루어진 말뚝보강체를 추가로 더 배치하여 휨강성을 보강한 구조를 가지도록 말뚝을 시공함으로써, 말뚝이 지하의 굴착공간을 위한 흙막이 벽체의 일부로 사용될 때, 굴착공간에 설치되는 지보재(예를 들면 역레이커 등)의 수직방향 설치간격을 증대시켜서 지보재의 소요개수를 줄이거나 또는 생략할 수 있도록 함으로써 시공경제성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 "강관을 이용한 말뚝보강체의 설치에 의한 국부 보강 구조를 가지는 말뚝의 시공방법 및 이에 의해 시공된 말뚝을 이용한 흙막이 벽체"에 관한 것이다.
Constructing Method of Pile with Steel Pipe Reinforcement Pile constructed by such Method and Retaining Wall having such Piles
The present invention relates to a construction method for a pile with a local reinforcement structure by installation of a pile reinforcing unit formed of a steel pipe and a retaining wall using a pile constructed by the same. According to the present invention, when the pile is constructed to build the retaining wall and the like, the pile is constructed to have a structure with reinforced bending rigidity by additionally arranging a pile reinforcing unit sectionally comprising a steel pipe or an assembly of the steel pipe or a reinforcing bar only in a position in which large bending stress occurs in a vertical length of the pile.
