The present invention relates to a hybrid waterproof coating material composition obtained by the reaction of a main agent and a curing agent, and specifically, to a hybrid waterproof coating material composition and a dual composite waterproofing method using the same, wherein the main agent includes a polyurethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a fatty acid-modified diol compound and an isocyanate compound, and the curing agent includes a polyol prepolymer, a reaction accelerator, a coupling agent, a filler and an additive.
본 발명은 주제 및 경화제의 반응으로 얻어지는 하이브리드 방수 도막재 조성물에 있어서, 상기 주제는 지방산 변성 디올 화합물과 이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어진 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머를 포함하고, 상기 경화제는 폴리올 프리폴리머, 반응촉진제, 커플링제, 충전제 및 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 방수 도막재 조성물 및 이를 사용한 이중복합방수공법에 관한 것이다.
