Articulated expansion joint without drain sheet
The present invention relates to an articulated expansion joint device without a drain sheet, which can effectively improve a drainage structure between deck slabs of a bridge. In other words, the articulated expansion joint device without a drain sheet comprises: first and second link joint members (10 and 10') which are provided for an expansion joint between deck slabs (1); a drainage plate (20) which is disposed to be spaced apart from a bottom surface of the first link joint member (10) to form a drainage flow path (21); a cover plate (30) which is disposed at a lower part of the second link joint member (10'); a waterproof plate (50) which is provided to finish the gap between the first link joint member (10) and the cover plate (30); and a sliding pad (60) which has a flat surface (62) at an upper part thereof and has a lower part coupled to one side of an upward partition (22) and tightly adhering to a bottom surface of the cover plate (30). By using the articulated expansion joint device without a drain sheet, it is possible to greatly improve convenience of on-site construction by integrally forming a drainage flow path at the lower part of the link joint member to omit a drain sheet and thus being structurally improved, and have an effect of effectively removing foreign substances accumulated in the space while a gap between neighboring link joint members is narrowed by an expansion motion of the deck slabs.
본 발명은 교량의 상판 슬래브 사이에 배수구조를 효과적으로 개선할 수 있는 배수시트가 없는 굴절형 신축이음장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 상판 슬래브(1) 사이를 신축이음 하도록 구비되는 제 1, 2링크이음부재(10)(10'); 상기 제 1링크이음부재(10) 저면에 이격 배치되어 배수유로(21)를 형성하는 배수플레이트(20); 제 2링크이음부재(10')의 하부에 배치되는 커버플레이트(30); 상기 제 1링크이음부재(10)와 커버플레이트(30) 사이를 마감하도록 구비되는 차수플레이트(50); 및 상부에는 평탄면(62)이 마련되고, 하부는 상향격판(22)의 일측에 결합되어 커버플레이트(30) 저면에 긴밀하게 밀착되는 슬라이딩패드(60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명을 이용하면, 링크이음부재 하부에 배수유로를 일체로 형성하여 배수시트를 생략할 수 있도록 구조 개선되어 현장 시공상의 편리성이 대폭 향상됨과 더불어, 상판 슬래브의 신축 거동에 의해 이웃하는 링크이음부재 사이 간격이 축소되면서 공간부에 누적된 이물질을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
