본 발명은 연약지반의 지지력보강 파일에 관한 것으로서, 지반에 삽입되는 스파이럴날개와, 상기 스파이럴날개에 부착되며 몰타르가 이동하는 튜브와, 상기 튜브의 하단에 구비되어서 외부주입구를 통하여 몰타르를 지반에 투입하는 하단고정부로 구성이 이루어진다. 특히, 상기 스파이럴날개의 면에 절개홈이 형성되고, 상기 절개홈을 따내어 형성되는 윗부분의 윗몸체는 상향하여 밴딩되고, 반대로 아래부분의 아래몸체는 하향하여 밴딩되어, 일체형 몰타르유출 및 튜브고정 브라킷으로 제공된다. 상기 일체형 몰타르유출 및 튜브고정 브라킷의 윗 부분인 윗몸체에는 구멍이 패여 튜브고정홈으로 제공된다. 한편, 연약지반의 지지력보강 파일은 건물, 시설물, 철구조물, 조명탑, 태양광이나 풍력발전기 등의 시공 및 설치 시에, 몰타르를 주입하는 튜브를 이용하여 연약지반의 보강을 위하여 지반의 지지력보강 파일이 사용된다.
The present invention relates to a soft ground reinforcement pile for solar and wind power generator post structure installation. More specifically, the soft ground reinforcement pile, in order to fix and install the post structure on the soft ground, comprises: a spiral wing pile inserted into the ground; a tube attached to the pile and moving the mortar; and a bottom fixing part provided at the bottom of the tube to inject the mortar into the ground through an external inlet. In addition, a cut groove is cut on the surface of the spiral wing, and an upper body of the upper portion is bent upward. A hole corresponding to the tube is provided in the upper body as a tube fixing groove, and the tube is inserted and fixed therein. Also, a tube fixing groove (h121) is formed on the lower body side.
