본 발명은 테이프 캐스팅(tape casting)에 의해 세라믹 분말을 세라믹 시트(sheet)로 성형하는 단계, 상기 세라믹 시트를 프레스 성형하는 단계 및 상기 세라믹 시트에 포함된 바인더(binder)를 번 아웃(burn out)하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 번 아웃하는 단계 이후, 가소결과 본소결을 통해 가공성을 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일용 세라믹 백커버 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 가공성을 용이하게 하여 대량 생산에 적합하고, 또한 내구성을 향상시킬 수가 있다.
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic back cover for mobile use, wherein the method comprises the steps of: molding ceramic powder into a ceramic sheet by tape casting; press-molding the ceramic sheet; and burning out a binder contained in the ceramic sheet. After the burn-out step, workability is secured through pre-sintering and main sintering. According to the present invention, the workability is facilitated, and thus the method is suitable for mass production and durability can be enhanced.
