The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel (10) for a cover, which forms a cover by connecting multiple panels to each other. The prefabricated panel (10) for a cover comprises: a panel body (20) in which a hinge groove (23) and a fitting groove (24) extend in parallel at both left and right ends of one side, respectively; a female coupling portion (30) for coupling with an adjacent panel (10) and protruding from a left or right end surface of the panel body (20); a male coupling portion (40) which protrudes from the right or left end surface of the panel body (20) to be coupled with the female coupling portion (30) of the adjacent panel (10), and is rotatably coupled to the female coupling portion (30) for the panel body (20) while forming a certain angle with the adjacent panel (10); and a blocking plate (50) which is shaped like a strip, has a hinge protrusion (51) at one widthwise end, extending in a lengthwise direction to be coupled with the hinge groove (23) of the panel body (20) and a fitting protrusion (52) at the other widthwise end, extending in the lengthwise direction to be elastically fitted into the fitting groove (24) of the panel body (20), and covers a joint area of the adjacent panels (10), wherein a packing (60) is interposed between the panel (10) and outer sides of the hinge protrusion (51) and the fitting protrusion (52) of the blocking plate (50).
본 발명은 복수개가 서로 연결되어 덮개를 형성하는 덮개용 조립식 패널(10)에 있어서, 상기 덮개용 조립식 패널(10)은, 일면의 좌우 양단부에 각각 힌지홈(23) 및 끼움홈(24)이 나란하게 연장 형성된 패널본체(20); 상기 패널본체(20)의 좌측 또는 우측단부면에서 돌출되며, 인접된 패널(10)과의 결합을 위한 암결합부(30); 상기 패널본체(20)의 우측 또는 좌측단부면에서 돌출되며, 인접된 패널(10)의 암결합부(30)와 결합되되 패널본체(20)가 인접된 패널(10)과 일정각도를 이루도록 암결합부(30)에 회전가능하게 결합되는 숫결합부(40); 및 띠 형상으로 이루어지며, 폭방향 일단에는 상기 패널본체(20)의 힌지홈(23)에 결합되는 힌지돌기(51)가 길이방향을 따라 연장 형성되고, 폭방향 타단에는 상기 패널본체(20)의 끼움홈(24)에 탄성끼움결합되는 끼움돌기(52)가 길이방향을 따라 연장 형성되어, 서로 인접된 패널(10)의 결합부위를 마감하는 막음판(50);을 포함하며, 상기 막음판(50)의 힌지돌기(51) 및 끼움돌기(52)의 외측과 패널(10) 사이에 패킹(60)이 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 덮개용 조립식 패널이다.
