Modular hypocaust with a deformation-preventing floor
The present invention relates to a modular hypocaust with a deformation prevention floor, which can apply and guide even a heat flow path structure according to an area of a flat stone provided in a modular building and prevent a hypocaust manufactured in a modular type from being damaged even when external shocks occur when moved to an area to install the hypocaust. The modular hypocaust with a deformation prevention floor comprises: a hypocaust body (100) which consists of a bottom wall body (110), a forward wall body (120) connected upright along an edge of the bottom wall body (110), a rearward wall body (130), a leftward wall body (140), and a rightward wall body (150) and in which a space is formed therein; a furnace room (200) which communicates with the forward wall body (120) of the hypocaust body (100), has both open sides, and provides radial heat, which is a fire power source, generated through combustion from a combustion space formed inside to one open side; a chimney hole (131) which is formed to penetrate the rearward wall body (130) of the hypocaust body (100) and communicates with a chimney; a heat flow path (300) for heat guidance which connects the furnace room (200) and the chimney hole (131), forms a heat flow path in which radial heat flows in the hypocaust body (100), and guides the radial heat up to unceasingly flow to the chimney hole (131) along the formed heat flow path; and a bottom portion (900) which is connected to a lower side of the hypocaust body (100) and prevents the hypocaust body (100) from being deformed or damaged by external shocks, which are shocks transferred from the outside.
본 발명은 모듈러 건축물에 구비되는 구들장의 넓이에 따라 고래길의 구조도 대응가능하게 적용하여 안내함과 더불어 모듈러 타입으로 제작된 구들을 시공하고자 하는 지역으로 이동 중 발생되는 외부 충격에도 파손되는 것을 방지하여 주는 변형방지용 바닥부가 구비된 모듈러 구들에 관한 것으로, 바닥벽체(110), 상기 바닥벽체(110)의 가장자리를 따라 직립연결되는 전측벽체(120), 후측벽체(130), 좌측벽체(140) 및 우측벽체(150)로 이루어져, 내부에 공간이 형성되는 구들몸체(100)와; 상기 구들몸체(100)의 전측벽체(120)에 연통되는 것으로, 양측이 개구되고, 내부에 형성되는 연소공간에서 연소를 통해 발생되는 화력원인 방사열기를 개구된 일측으로 제공하는 함실(200)과; 상기 구들몸체(100)의 후측벽체(130)에 관통형성되는 것으로, 굴뚝이 연통되는 굴뚝구멍(131)과; 상기 함실(200)과 상기 굴뚝구멍(131)을 연결하여, 상기 구들몸체(100)의 내부에 방사열기가 유동하는 경로인 열기유동경로를 형성하되, 그 형성되는 열기유동경로를 따라 방사열기가 끊기지 않고 굴뚝구멍(131)까지 흐르게 유도하는 열기안내용 고래길경로(300)와; 상기 구들몸체(100)의 하측에 연결되는 것으로, 외부로부터 전달되는 충격인 외부충격에 상기 구들몸체(100)가 변형 내지 파손되는 것을 방지하는 변형방지용 바닥부(900);를 포함한다.
