Structure For Installing Outer Panel Of Wall Of Building
The present invention relates to a structure for installing an outer panel of a wall of a building, which can facilitate construction when installing outer panels in a panel shape without using a sealing member on a connection portion between the panels. The structure for installing an outer panel of a wall of a building comprises: a base frame which is installed to be fixed to an outer wall of a building by using an anchor bolt and a bracket and is formed in a steel pipe; a plurality of unit panels (3) which are installed to be fixed to an outer surface of the base frame to cover the outer wall of the building; and a panel connection means which connects between the neighboring unit panels (3). The panel connection means comprises: a long hole-shaped fastening hole (17) which is provided by perforation on a side surface of the unit panel (3); and a connector (19) which has one side settled to the fastening hole (17) and the other side fixed to the base frame. The connector (19) comprises: a bottom plate (21) which is fixed to the base frame by using a first screw (S1); a post (23) which extends in a right angle from the bottom plate (21); a first insertion piece (25) which extends in one direction from an upper side of the post (23); and a second insertion piece (25) which extends in another direction from the upper side of the post (23). The first insertion piece (25) and the second insertion piece (27) are inserted into the fastening hole (17) of the unit panel, respectively, which are targets to be connected.
본 발명은 패널 형태로 되어 있는 외장재를 설치할 때 패널 간의 연결부위에 실링소재를 사용하지 않고 용이하게 시공할 수 있게 하는 건물벽체의 외장재 설치구조에 관한 것이다. 그의 구성은, 앵커볼트 및 브래킷을 이용하여 건물의 외벽에 고정 설치되는 것으로서 각관으로 이루어져 있는 베이스프레임; 상기 베이스프레임의 외면에 고정 설치됨으로써 건물의 외벽을 덮게 되는 여러 개의 단위패널(3); 및 이웃하게 되는 상기 단위패널(3) 사이를 연결하는 패널연결수단;을 포함하되; 상기 패널연결수단은, 상기 단위패널(3)의 측면에 타공에 의해 마련되는 장공 형태의 체결공(17); 및 일측은 상기 체결공(17)에 결착되고 타측은 상기 베이스프레임에 고정되는 커넥터(19)를 포함하며; 상기 커넥터(19)는 상기 베이스프레임에 제1나사(S1)로 고정되는 바닥판(21)과, 상기 바닥판(21)에서 직각으로 연장되는 포스트(23)와, 상기 포스트(23)의 상측에서 일방향으로 연장되는 제1끼움편(25)과, 상기 포스트(23)의 상측에서 타방향으로 연장되는 제2끼움편(27)을 포함하여 구성되며; 상기 제1끼움편(25)과 제2끼움편(27)은 연결대상인 상기 단위패널의 체결공(17)에 각각 끼워지게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a structure for installing an outer panel of a wall of a building, which can facilitate construction when installing outer panels in a panel shape without using a sealing member on a connection portion between the panels. The structure for installing an outer panel of a wall of a building comprises: a base frame which is installed to be fixed to an outer wall of a building by using an anchor bolt and a bracket and is formed in a steel pipe; a plurality of unit panels (3) which are installed to be fixed to an outer surface of the base frame to cover the outer wall of the building; and a panel connection means which connects between the neighboring unit panels (3). The panel connection means comprises: a long hole-shaped fastening hole (17) which is provided by perforation on a side surface of the unit panel (3); and a connector (19) which has one side settled to the fastening hole (17) and the other side fixed to the base frame. The connector (19) comprises: a bottom plate (21) which is fixed to the base frame by using a first screw (S1); a post (23) which extends in a right angle from the bottom plate (21); a first insertion piece (25) which extends in one direction from an upper side of the post (23); and a second insertion piece (25) which extends in another direction from the upper side of the post (23). The first insertion piece (25) and the second insertion piece (27) are inserted into the fastening hole (17) of the unit panel, respectively, which are targets to be connected.
