Rotating comprehensive pole for installation of road facilities
The present invention relates to a rotating comprehensive pole for the installation of road facilities, wherein a horizontal rod installed on top of support has a rotatable structure, so road facilities installed on the horizontal rod can be moved in a direction beneficial to work by rotating the horizontal rod during the installation, maintenance, and repairs of the road facilities. Disclosed is a rotating comprehensive pole for the installation of road facilities, comprising: a support installed on the ground; a horizontal rod installed on top of the support; and a joint unit for connecting the horizontal rod to the support to be able to rotate. The joint unit includes: a fixing part combined with the support and a fixing flange installed in front of the upper part of the support, a fixing plate installed on the front surface of the fixing flange, and an insertion hole formed at the center of the fixing plate to penetrate in a vertical direction; a rotation part combined with the horizontal rod and including a rotating flange, a rotating plate installed on the rear surface of the rotating flange and arranged to overlap with the fixing plate, and a corresponding insertion hole formed at the center of the rotating plate to penetrate in a vertical direction and facing the insertion hole; and a rotating shaft inserted into the insertion hole and the corresponding insertion hole to connect the rotation part to the fixing part to be able to rotate.
본 발명은 지주의 상부에 설치되는 가로대가 회전 가능한 구조를 갖게 함으로써, 상기 가로대에 설치된 도로시설물의 설치 및 유지보수 작업 시 상기 가로대를 회전시켜 상기 도로시설물을 작업에 유리한 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 한 도로시설물 설치용 회전식 종합폴에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 설치된 지주; 상기 지주의 상부에 설치된 가로대; 및 상기 가로대를 상기 지주에 회전 가능하게 연결하는 조인트유닛;을 포함하되, 상기 조인트유닛은, 상기 지주에 결합된 것으로서, 상기 지주의 상부 전방에 설치된 고정플랜지, 상기 고정플랜지의 전면에 설치된 고정판, 그리고 상기 고정판의 중앙에 상하로 관통되게 형성된 삽입공을 포함하는 고정부; 상기 가로대에 결합된 것으로서, 회전플랜지, 상기 회전플랜지의 후면에 설치되어 상기 고정판과 겹쳐지게 배치되는 회전판, 그리고 상기 회전판의 중앙에 상하로 관통되게 형성되어 상기 삽입공과 마주하게 되는 대응삽입공을 포함하는 회전부; 및 상기 삽입공과 대응삽입공에 삽입되어 상기 회전부를 상기 고정부에 회전 가능하게 연결하는 회전축;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로시설물 설치용 회전식 종합폴을 개시한다.

The present invention relates to a rotating comprehensive pole for the installation of road facilities, wherein a horizontal rod installed on top of support has a rotatable structure, so road facilities installed on the horizontal rod can be moved in a direction beneficial to work by rotating the horizontal rod during the installation, maintenance, and repairs of the road facilities.
