INFRARED SAFETY SENSOR FOR AUTOMATIC DOORS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPENING AND CLOSING OF AUTOMATIC DOORS USING THE SAME
소비전력을 절감할 수 있는 자동문용 적외선 안전 센서와 이를 이용한 자동문 개폐 제어 방법이 개시된다. 자동문용 적외선 안전 센서는, 벽체에 설치된 문틀 내에서 개폐되는 자동문에 부착되고, 자동문의 이동을 감지하여 변위감지신호를 출력하는 변위감지센서; 적외선광을 출사하고, 반사체에 의해 적외선광이 반사됨에 따라 적외선신호를 출력하는 적외선 송수신부; 및 변위감지신호를 기초로 문틀까지의 이동거리를 연산하고, 적외선신호를 기초로 반사체와의 간격을 연산하며, 문닫힘 동작 중 이동거리와 간격간의 차이가 발생되면 문열림을 무선 방식으로 요청하는 CPU를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 적외선 안전센서를 구성하는 연결케이블을 사용하지 않더라도 적외선 안전센서에 의한 자동문의 비상 개폐 동작 제어를 무선 방식으로 실현할 수 있고, 소비전력을 절감할 수 있다.
Disclosed are an infrared ray safety sensor for an automatic door and a method for controlling opening and closing of an automatic door using the same, which can reduce power consumption. An infrared safety sensor for an automatic door comprises: a displacement detection sensor attached to the automatic door opened and closed within a door frame installed on a wall structure, and detecting movement of the automatic door to output a displacement detection signal; an infrared transceiver emitting an infrared light and outputting an infrared signal as the infrared light is reflected by a reflector; and a CPU calculating a moving distance to the door frame based on the displacement detection signal, calculating a gap to the reflector based on the infrared signal, and requesting opening of the door in a wireless manner when a difference between the moving distance and the gap occurs during door closing operation. Accordingly, even without using a connection cable constituting an infrared safety sensor, emergency opening/closing operation control of the automatic door by the infrared safety sensor can be realized in a wireless manner, and power consumption can be reduced.
