Disclosed is a block-type insulation formwork. The disclosed present invention is a block-type insulation formwork consisting of: insulation boards facing each other; and a connection bracket for connecting the insulation boards. The connection bracket includes: burial members buried in the insulation boards, which are arranged on both side ends and face each other, using insert injection; a connection member for connecting the burial members; and an iron reinforcing rod holder arranged to mount iron reinforcing rods on the upper end and the lower end of the connection member. The iron reinforcing rod holder includes: a C holder for horizontal reinforcement formed integrally on the upper end and the lower end of the connection member and inserting an iron reinforcing rod horizontally into a C hole opened upward and downward to arrange the iron reinforcing rod horizontally; and a C holder for both horizontal and vertical reinforcement hinged to the upper and the lower end of the connection member to be able to be folded, inserting an iron reinforcing rod horizontally into a C hole to arrange the iron reinforcing rod horizontally when folded vertically, thereby being used for the extension of the C holder for horizontal reinforcement, and inserting an iron reinforcing rod into a C hole vertically to arrange the iron reinforcing rod vertically when folded horizontally. Therefore, provided is a block-type insulation formwork, wherein insulation boards are used as a formwork, and longitudinal and vertical extension is enabled using a block-type assembly method.
