The present invention relates to a road marker having a cover member and, more specifically, to a road marker having a cover member, which is installed on a road such that pedestrians and drivers can see the road marker at night or in case of rain. The road marker having a cover member comprises: a lower case which has an installation space therein; an LED module that is mounted on a circuit board placed in the installation space; an outer lens which is made of transparent material, placed above the lower case and circuit board, and has a light-transmitting part formed around the upper surface thereof to allow light emitted from the LED module to pass; an inner lens which is placed in front of the LED module, is fixed on the circuit board, and focuses the light emitted from the LED module; and a cover member which covers the top of the outer lens and fixes and couples the outer lens to the lower case. The upper surface of the outer lens is concealed by the cover member, and the cover member has a plurality of through holes formed on the periphery of the cover member to correspond to the light-transmitting part. The LED module is composed of multicolor SMD-type LEDs, and is vertically mounted on the circuit board, and a plurality of LED chips are arranged in the horizontal direction. The light emitted from the LED modules passes through the inner lens and is focused on the inner surface of the light-transmitting part, and then is refracted while passing through the light-transmitting part to be dispersed outward in a horizontal direction through the through holes.
본 발명은 커버부재가 구비된 도로표지병에 관한 것으로서, 특히 도로에 설치되어 야간 또는 우천시에 보행자 및 운전자가 선명하게 확인할 수 있는 커버부재가 구비된 도로표지병에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 커버부재가 구비된 도로표지병은, 내부에 설치공간이 형성된 하부케이스와; 상기 설치공간에 배치되는 회로기판에 장착되는 LED모듈과; 투명한 재질로 이루어져 상기 하부케이스 및 회로기판의 상부에 배치되고, 상기 LED모듈에서 발광된 빛이 투과되는 빛투과부가 상면 둘레에 형성된 아우터렌즈와; 상기 LED모듈의 전방에 배치되면서 상기 회로기판에 고정 장착되고 상기 LED모듈에서 발광된 빛을 집광시키는 이너렌즈와; 상기 아우터렌즈의 상부를 덮으면서 상기 아우터렌즈를 하부케이스에 고정 결합시키는 커버부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 아우터렌즈의 상면은 상기 커버부재에 의해 은폐되고, 상기 커버부재의 둘레에는 상기 빛투과부에 대응되는 다수개의 관통공이 형성되며, 상기 LED모듈은 다색 SMD타입의 LED로 이루어지고, 상기 LED모듈은 상기 회로기판에 수직으로 장착되면서 다수개의 LED칩이 수평방향으로 배치되며, 상기 LED모듈에서 발광된 빛은 상기 이너렌즈를 투과하면서 상기 빛투과부의 내측면에 집광되도록 조사된 후 상기 빛투과부를 투과하면서 굴절되어 상기 관통공을 통해 외부의 수평방향으로 발산되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a road marker having a cover member and, more specifically, to a road marker having a cover member, which is installed on a road such that pedestrians and drivers can see the road marker at night or in case of rain. The road marker having a cover member comprises: a lower case which has an installation space therein; an LED module that is mounted on a circuit board placed in the installation space; an outer lens which is made of transparent material, placed above the lower case and circuit board, and has a light-transmitting part formed around the upper surface thereof to allow light emitted from the LED module to pass; an inner lens which is placed in front of the LED module, is fixed on the circuit board, and focuses the light emitted from the LED module; and a cover member which covers the top of the outer lens and fixes and couples the outer lens to the lower case.
