Stud-Insertion Type Insulation Panel Unit for Partition wall and Insulation Partition Wall Using the Same
The present invention relates to a non-structural insulation partition wall such as a normal partition wall, an underground double wall, and a heatproof and fireproof partition wall of a cold storage, and more specifically, to an insulation panel unit and an insulation partition wall of various cross sections and uses, which is completed by desirably using the same. The insulation panel unit according to the present invention comprises: an insulation panel of a plate shape having insulation properties (EPS, XPC and the like); and a stud made of a lightweight steel frame member of cross sections in a right-side opened square shape, an H shape or an I shape, which is provided with both flanges and a web at the center. The stud insertion groove is formed at the insulation panel such that the stud may be inserted into the stud insertion groove of the insulation panel, such that the insulation panel and the stud may be integrally coupled. The insulation panel unit may further comprise a reinforcing steel material such as a reinforcing wire mesh and a wet fireproof material. Therefore, excellent constructability may be provided.
본 발명은 일반 칸막이벽, 지하 이중벽, 냉동창고의 방열 및 내화용 칸막이벽 등 비구조용의 단열 칸막이벽에 관한 것으로, 단열판넬 유니트와, 이를 바람직하게 이용하여 완성되는 다양한 단면과 용도의 칸막이 단열벽체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단열판넬 유니트는, 단열성(EPS, XPC 등)을 가지는 판재 형상의 단열판넬과, 양플랜지와 가운데의 웨브를 구비하는 ㄷ형, H형 또는 I형 단면의 경량철골부재에 의한 스터드를 기본적인 구성으로 포함하며, 단열판넬에 스터드삽입홈이 형성되어 스터드가 단열판넬의 스터드삽입홈에 삽입 설치됨으로써 단열판넬과 스터드가 일체로 결합된 구조가 된다. 이러한 단열판넬 유니트는 보강철망 등의 보강철재, 습식 내화재가 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
