SWING DOORS WITH EASY-TO-RETRACT HYDRAULIC HINGES
The present invention provides a swing door, which includes: a hinge part that, inside a frame located at the upper side of a door part, connects the door part and the frame; and a position moving part that is formed on the door part, and is connected to the hinge part. The hinge part, when released from the frame, moves upward to be separated from the door part, and then, is drawn out from the inside of the frame. Unlike a conventional swing door in which the hinge part is placed at the bottom of the swing door, the hinge part of the swing door of the present invention is positioned at the top of the swing door, thereby overcoming the difficulties in installation and maintenance of the conventional swing door. A worker can draw out the hinge part from the frame just by separating the hinge part from the door part, lifting the hinge part upward, and moving the hinge part in the opposite direction. Furthermore, the swing door can eliminate the replacement process of the conventional swing door of having to lift the door part, drawing out a hydraulic hinge located in the downward direction of the door part, and having to lift the door part again to insert a replaced hydraulic hinge, thereby significantly enhancing work convenience and safety.
본 발명은 도어부의 상측에 위치한 프레임의 내부에서 도어부 및 프레임을 연결하는 힌지부 및 도어부에 형성되어 힌지부와 연결되는 위치 이동부를 포함하고, 힌지부는 상기 프레임과 고정 해제된 상태에서 상측 이동하여 도어부와 분리된 후 프레임의 내부에서 외부로 인출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스윙도어를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 힌지부가 하단에 배치된 종래 스윙도어와 달리, 스윙도어의 상단에 배치함으로써 종래 스윙도어가 가진 설치 및 유지보수의 어려움을 해결할 수 있으며, 작업자는 도어부로부터 힌지부를 분리하고 힌지부를 상측 방향으로 들어올린 후 타 방향으로 이동시키는 것만으로도 상기 힌지부를 프레임으로부터 인출할 수 있고, 도어부를 들어올린 상태에서 상기 도어부의 하측 방향에 위치한 유압 힌지를 인출하고 교체된 유압 힌지를 인입하기 위해 다시 도어부를 들어올리는 종래 스윙도어의 교체 공정을 생략할 수 있어 작업 편의성 및 작업 안전성을 현저하게 높일 수 있다.

The present invention provides a swing door, which includes: a hinge part that, inside a frame located at the upper side of a door part, connects the door part and the frame; and a position moving part that is formed on the door part, and is connected to the hinge part. 본 발명은 도어부의 상측에 위치한 프레임의 내부에서 도어부 및 프레임을 연결하는 힌지부 및 도어부에 형성되어 힌지부와 연결되는 위치 이동부를 포함하고, 힌지부는 상기 프레임과 고정 해제된 상태에서 상측 이동하여 도어부와 분리된 후 프레임의 내부에서 외부로 인출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스윙도어를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 힌지부가 하단에 배치된 종래 스윙도어와 달리, 스윙도어의 상단에 배치함으로써 종래 스윙도어가 가진 설치 및 유지보수의 어려움을 해결할 수 있으며, 작업자는 도어부로부터 힌지부를 분리하고 힌지부를 상측 방향으로 들어올린 후 타 방향으로 이동시키는 것만으로도 상기 힌지부를 프레임으로부터 인출할 수 있고, 도어부를 들어올린 상태에서 상기 도어부의 하측 방향에 위치한 유압 힌지를 인출하고 교체된 유압 힌지를 인입하기 위해 다시 도어부를 들어올리는 종래 스윙도어의 교체 공정을 생략할 수 있어 작업 편의성 및 작업 안전성을 현저하게 높일 수 있다.
