Ascon heat insulation box capable of injecting inert gas
The present invention relates to an asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas and, more specifically, to an asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas which can inject inert gas into an asphalt concrete insulation box holding asphalt concrete to maintain the asphalt concrete at a constant temperature until transporting the asphalt concrete to a road paving site to discharge the asphalt concrete and prevent the asphalt concrete from being aged and oxidized to change material properties. The asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas comprises: a box body (10) formed by an outer box (11) and an inner box (13) provided inside the outer box (11), wherein the upper side thereof is opened; a cover (30) provided to cover the opened upper side of the box body (10), and formed by an upper plate (31) and a lower plate (33); a cover opening/closing device (100) opening and closing the cover (30) from the box body (10); and a plurality of pressing devices (140) pressing the cover (30) to the upper side of the outer box (11) and the inner side (13) on the outer surface of the outer box (11). The box body (10) is provided with an injection module (40) penetrating from the outside of the outer box (11) to the inside of the inner box (13). Inert gas is injected into the inner box (13) through the injection module (40) to form an inert gas layer (B) in an upper portion of asphalt concrete.
본 발명은 불활성가스 주입이 가능한 아스콘 보온 박스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아스콘이 수용된 아스콘 보온 박스의 내부에 불활성가스를 주입하여 아스콘을 도로포장현장에 이송시켜 배출할 때까지 일정한 온도로 유지함과 동시에 아스콘이 노화 및 산화되어 물성이 변화되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 불활성가스 주입이 가능한 아스콘 보온 박스에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 외부 박스(11)와 상기 외부 박스(11)의 내측에 구비되는 내부 박스(13)로 형성되되 상측이 개방된 박스 본체(10); 상기 박스 본체(10)의 개방된 상측을 덮도록 구비되되 상부판(31)과 하부판(33)으로 형성되는 덮개(30); 상기 덮개(30)를 상기 박스 본체(10)에서 개폐시키는 덮개 개폐 장치(100); 및 상기 외부 박스(11)의 외면에는 상기 덮개(30)를 상기 외부 박스(11)와 내부 박스(13) 상측으로 가압하는 복수의 가압장치(140);를 포함하고, 상기 박스 본체(10)에는 상기 외부 박스(11)의 외측에서부터 내부 박스(13)의 내측까지 관통하는 주입모듈(40)이 구비되고, 상기 주입모듈(40)을 통해 상기 내부 박스(13)의 내측에 불활성가스가 주입되어 아스콘의 상부에 불활성가스층(B)이 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas and, more specifically, to an asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas which can inject inert gas into an asphalt concrete insulation box holding asphalt concrete to maintain the asphalt concrete at a constant temperature until transporting the asphalt concrete to a road paving site to discharge the asphalt concrete and prevent the asphalt concrete from being aged and oxidized to change material properties.
