Fence for easy prefabricated installation and its construction method
The present invention relates to a fence for construction with easy prefabricated installation and a construction method thereof. More specifically, the fence for construction is installed in a prefabricated manner and comprises: a post part consisting of hollow post units installed on the ground; and a connection fence part connecting the post units of the post part to each other. The connection fence part includes: a guide part consisting of a lower horizontal guide bar and an upper horizontal guide bar; vertical guide members connecting the lower horizontal guide bar and the upper horizontal guide bar; and an angle bracket connecting the lower horizontal guide bar and the upper horizontal guide bar to the post part. The post part is further provided with a multi-step post unit extension means. The multi-step post unit extension means includes: an extension shaft inserted into an upper portion of the post units of the post part to be withdrawn; a screw hole formed on the outer surface of the post units; a pressing screw fastened to the screw hole of the post units to fix the extension shaft; a guide groove formed on the inner surface of the post units; and a guide protrusion formed on the outer surface of the extension shaft to be guided on the guide groove formed on the post units. The extension shaft is pressed and fixed by the pressing screw. The fence consists of the post parts consisting of the post units and the connection fence part connecting the post units, and is installed in a prefabricated manner by screw fastening to eliminate the inconvenience of moving welding equipment when forming a fence by welding work and accidents caused by welding and reduce installation costs and maintenance and repair costs in comparison to a welding method.
본 발명은 조립식 설치가 용이한 건축용 휀스 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 조립식으로 설치하도록 된 건축용 휀스로서, 지면에 설치되는 중공의 지주유닛들로 이루어진 지주부와, 상기 지주부의 지주유닛들을 상호 연결하는 연결휀스부로 이루어지며, 상기 연결휀스부는 하부수평가이드바와 상부수평가이드바로 이루어진 가이드부와, 상기 하부수평가이드바와 상기 상부수평가이드바를 연결하는 수직가이드부재들과, 상기 하부수평가이드바와 상기 상부수평가이드바를 상기 지주부에 연결하는 앵글브라켓으로 이루어지며, 상기 지주부에는 다단형지주유닛신장수단이 더 마련되고, 상기 다단형지주유닛신장수단은 상기 지주부의 지주유닛 상부에 인출가능하게 끼움되는 신장샤프트와, 상기 지주유닛의 외면에 형성되는 나사공과, 상기 신장샤프트를 고정시키도록 상기 지주유닛의 나사공에 체결되는 가압나사와, 상기 지주유닛의 내면에 형성되는 가이드홈과, 상기 지주유닛에 형성된 가이드홈에 안내되도록 상기 신장샤프트의 외면에 형성되는 가이드돌기로 이루어져, 상기 가압나사로 상기 신장샤프트를 가압하여 고정시키도록 됨으로써, 휀스를 지주유닛들로 이루어진 지주부와 지주유닛들을 연결하는 연결훼스부로 구성하고, 나사체결에 의해 조립식으로 설치되도록 함으로써, 용접작업으로 휀스 형성시 발생되는 용접장비 이동의 불편함과 용접에 따른 안전사고가 발생하지 않게 되며, 용접방식에 비해 설치비용과 유지보수비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a fence for construction with easy prefabricated installation and a construction method thereof.
